Happy for your success. I have a very similar story to yours. In 2021, I was my highest weight. I wasn’t overweight, but I also struggled with body image. I dove into Noom and my type A personality had me weighing and logging everything. But wow, I started feeling so much better physically and mentally too. It really is a lifestyle change. I lost 32 pounds. A year of hardcore workouts never did that.
@@HolaAlexandraaa I tell myself often “there’s always tomorrow.” No need to over eat. And I still allow treats, daily even. But I think of them as treats, savor them, and just enjoy a little bit. I don’t feel deprived. And it sounds like you’re doing the same.
