I love your workouts Mira. My whole lower body is aching due to me walking badly due to heel pain. I did one of your recent stretch video and felt much better and today I did this one. Also, the background didn’t matter to me. Eyes were just on you 😊
I love these videos but I need some advice folks on side bends, please. I'm hypermobile and don't really know where my body is in space all the time. What cues should I look/body placement doing the side lying positions. I've had to start putting a pillow in between my knees because my pelvis kept falling out of place. Any modifications that have worked for you all? Thanks!

It's just temporary while we're getting a shiny new studio ready - exciting, right? We have just shot our first classes in the new studio. These classes should be out at the end of October.
