But I just want to say how glad I'm you don't have a "Modern Kitchen" setup, its so nice seeing a kitchen that most of us can relate too, nothing over the top or a room full of white cabinets. Its nice to see that after so many years you are still using the same setup.
This recipe was a game changer for sure! I like to mix a little ricotta in my pasta sometimes but mixing in the sauce and making chicken cutlet parm took this to another level. I will always make it this way, thanks to you! You’re the best

I've never made my own sauce, instead I buy it from the Italian market homemade but have been meaning to attempt making it. For the tomatoes, is it just straight out of the can crushed tomatoes? I also wanted to mention that you saved me 3 years ago during my first Thanksgiving day hosting. I selected a few of your recipes, the turkey came out fabulous along with all the side dishes. Ten years! Wow I wish I saw this. I just used your old one to make my Sunday night chicken parm. No olives but it was great. I did use the provalone and the garlic powder - you were all over that then. But next time I will try this way.

I made this and it’s incredible. The ricotta takes it up like 15 notches. And the ratio of sauce and ziti is perfect
