This recipe was a game changer for sure! I like to mix a little ricotta in my pasta sometimes but mixing in the sauce and making chicken cutlet parm took this to another level. I will always make it this way, thanks to you! You’re the best

Ten years! Wow I wish I saw this. I just used your old one to make my Sunday night chicken parm. No olives but it was great. I did use the provalone and the garlic powder - you were all over that then. But next time I will try this way.
Can you please clarify the amount of ricotta cheese and the amount of whole milk? Is it 1 cup ricotta plus 1 cup whole milk? Thanks! Can’t wait to try this! It looks delicious!
