LOVE THIS RECIPE!! I made 1/2 the amount as a “test run” for a party I’m having this month. I poured the hot cheese sauce over the al dente noodles and then let it sit out for 2-3 hours at room temperature (that’s how I’ll be doing it for the party). I then baked it for 30 mins at 350 degrees. It was PERFECT! I’m going to double the recipe (for 40 people). Now I’m very confident this will turn out amazing! Serving with Chicken ‘n Waffles ~ can’t wait!!

Redemption! I froze a small pan of the Mac and cheese. I took it out last night and put it in a 325 oven (uncovered). After 30 min I added a cup of milk all over and baked for another 30 minutes. Delicious, bubbly moist. I must have not added RN milk in the original pan.
I make Martha Stewart’s mac and cheese EVERY Thanksgiving, the family has grown so much that this year I had to make a double batch. The gruyere needed for that much was just WAY to expensive to justify it as a double batch. I’m so glad I found this recipe and genius using a large sheet pan!

Laura where is a really good place to buy cookware like your sheet pan?....online?.....I'm having a hard time because stainless steel twists and bends when heated and I don't want to cook with aluminum....is yours stainless steel or something else?

I’m always confused when it says 3 cups of shredded cheddar is that 3 8oz blocks shredded or measuring three cups with a measuring cup of it???
The recipe says shredded so you would Shred, then measure it to three cups
