Good thing Gargaros isn't Brave lol. Stat distribution seems alot more reasonable in YKW3. There are alot more Yo-Kai with HP closer to or well beyond 400 at level 60 but at least those Yo-Kai are Tank role.

It's nice to learn that yw2 pvp is still alive and well. I used to play ranked battles years ago when I was a kid and got pretty high on the ladder at one point. If I ever figure out how, maybe I'll get back into it. Oh also, I got a bit of an odd story regarding a glitch in yw2. A couple months ago I wanted to get a Wrongnek on my main PS file, but didn't have any more essence of evil on my main, so I traded a Longnek from my main to my FS cartridge, then to my 2nd PS save, made a Wrongnek, then traded that back through FS and into my main. Then I realized that my Wrongnek had a working item slot, as in I could equip items onto my Wrongnek despite it being Wicked. Weird, right? Obviously I assume that it wouldn't be legal in pvp, but its pretty interesting nonetheless.
@@TunaPoglugawait it's not?! I thought that Wicked yo-kai, including the fusions, weren't supposed to have item slots. Is it just a weird programming quirk with Wrongnek or is it intentional?
Could we get the images of the yo kai souls and what they do whenever they're mentioned in these kinds of vids? It would help a lot in understanding what each yo kai's soul does! (I have no clue what the devourer soul does off the top of my head for example😭)
We aren’t still playing, we are just waiting for Pretendo support, but since we can’t play we are going to the game files to learn even more about the game than ever before. Word phase where we actually can’t play but we are gaining the most amount of knowledge.
Online servers are gone rn but you play it on the 3ds. Ykw3 *IS* played at meta level, but it has a much smaller playerbase, the two games are very very different in how they play as well, ykw2 is fast while ykw3 is slow, but ykw3 has the grid while ykw2 has the wheel (I like the wheel more). Though ykw3 is more slow and has more overcentralising yo-kai in my opinion, it has more gimmicks which makes it more funny in my opinion (most of those gimmicks are unviable but if u manage to win with them its hillarious). Ykw2 has its awesome things too so yeah.
@@TunaPogluga I made a koalanyan focused team for the first time just before the servers went offline and just played against the same 3 people over and over again and it was really fun
@@TunaPogluga yeah watching your and intercactus' videos on the topic really lit a fire in me to try competitive for myself when I previously ignored it(especially in 3) so did more yw2 because that's what I was used to but knew I needed some yw3 before servers went offline and now I actually know basic team building principles instead of just throwing thornyan and shmoopie onto every team because they're my favorites(now I only throw them on most teams that don't involve other players) and honestly building a team around a concept is way more fun than just throwing 6 yo-kai on a team who's only real connective tissue is all charming(did work out very well for wobblewok by pure coincidence though)

First, train your Slurpent as Rough (make him rough then buy 99 mackerel and then sell them to the Jungle Points guy then buy 99 mini exporbs, use all of those mini exporbs on the Slurpent, now he will have +26 attack) Then, go and train his STR in the gym, and he will get another +25 of STR, You can equip a legend bracelet or cursed sword
