Thanks for sharing this Jon! I'll be incorporating these into my warm-up routine. PS: this is a seriously underrated channel - great value on education and outstanding editing work!

Thanks for the nice exercise block, will include that in my warmup 👌🏻
Any information about how many sets or reps of sets of each?

Really appreciate you sharing this. I’m curious if you plan to make that resistance band thing a part of your training routine?

No problem, hope it helps! I've had a GravityFit band for a while now but feel like I'm only just scratching the surface of what I could be doing with it.

Interesting observation about not swinging heavy clubs. Isn’t this exactly what speed training is? My admittedly anecdotal experience using The Stack System priming session (which includes some swings heavier than driver) is I was hitting maybe 1/2 club further than normal. (I’d guess maybe 2-3mph above my normal swing speed).

Hey Charles, so I checked with Matt on this and he said that he was referring to significantly heavier, in the region of 20% or more. The stack system would be inside that amount, where 2-3 clubs would be way outside. Also, mentioned swinging heavier clubs can impact consistency. (For what it's worth he's a big fan of the stack system). Thanks for adding to the conversation. Hope you're doing well and good job with the training.
