PLEASE HELP!!! Did you ever wire the turn signal? I spent a couple hours today wiring up the DRL's and and turn signal and neither work... I military spliced into the existing turn signal live wire and no go on the amber turn signal..... for the DRL's I t-tapped into the fuse box and tried multiple fuse connections on both fuse boxes from auxiliary to turn signal to headlights and other fuses with no luck (I don't have one labeled 'power')... I know the wires are all live and work... could I have faulty headlights? I'm so confused and have no idea what to try next... The ONLY thing I was able to get work was touching the live existing turn signal wire to the new DRL red wire (makes no sense I know but at this point I just wanted to see something turn on) on the new headlight and I FINALLY got the halo to come alive but because it was the headlights DRL wire to the turn signal live wire it was a blinking white. NOTHING else worked.
I just tapped in to the wires near my headlights,ran two wires that were about 4 inches long and hooked to the running lights and the turn signal took around 30 mins. on each side.
I got these same lights and have just the low beam and high beam hooked up. Did you need the LED Canbus inline for the halo? I currently don't have those inline and the low and high beams seem to be working fine without. Thanks for the video, good stuff in there and i will be doing the halo hookup soon.
Just FYI fuse 17 Power under the hood is hot all the time. Matter of fact all the fuses under the hood seem to be hot all the time when using a fuse tap.
Thanks for the video, did you ever hook up the turn signal? I would love to see a video of that because with only the red and green auxiliary wires don't I need 2 wires for the turn signal?
Brett no I have not. I believe it’s only one wire on each lamp to trigger the amber flash. As far as lights they are performing perfectly since installation. Thanks for your feedback Brett.
How bright are the new lights in comparison to the stock lights? Have they lasted? Is the housing glass or plastic? Thanks! ( New TJ owner looking to get something brighter than stock.)
I have these lights on my jeep now. Had them for a year and both halo’s are out, and the one headlight has two of the three driving led’s out. The app is also spotty. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. 90% of the time it doesn’t. Not worth the money...
Think he made it way more complicated than it actually is lol there's a more simple video on here that explains install... also for aux lights rough country has a control panel that makes wiring painless if u have an extra 200 bucks to thro at lighting, will also cut lights off to save power if accidentally left on
You prolly dont give a shit but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times you can watch pretty much all the new series on instaflixxer. Been watching with my brother lately =)
You should really learn how to use the correct tools for the job that is not how you solder unless your doing plumbing and learn how to use a camera my head is spinning! Your fuse block

You did it so stupid when I did mine we just tapped it into our running lights and turn signal for the fenders and it made it 1000x easier and faster

All this for lights?! You could've just tapped into the running lights on each side instead of doing all the extra nonsense.

Rick James yes minus the turn signals and halos. The standard high low beams work by just plugging into factory harness with an adapter. Thanks
