I have been using Clarins for the last 35 years and I have great skin. No breakouts no wrinkles or lines and I'm 69 years old. Occasionally I try other things but always end up going back to them. I use this at night. I use their whole line of products. I started out with dry skin but now have normal skin since I started using this in the 80's.
How does Lancôme soft cream compare to la mar?

Love the Clarins serum & Lancôme Absolou
I love toners, always have, my favorite is Lancome Douceur, love the smell, Ive tried so many lines, Lancome is my favorite. tried and true silky fabulous products! Genefique serum is wonderful, now trying the Renergie 3 in 1 serum, lil greasy, basically a HA vit C moisturizer. Have gotten samples of the Absolue soft cream for years, just bought it because I love it👍💜
There is a Double Serum -light texture (heavily marketed to men in UK).
Coul you review dmk products age management they are supposed to be good but works with your own skin
Morgan, I’m curious if you have any opinions on brands such as Avène or Bioderma? Besides La Mer, I’m discovering French pharmaceutical skincare products and they are also a game changer. Like, I’ll NEVER have chapped lips again!
I think I have sampled Avène before, but I do not recall having much of an opinion. Bioderma I do not believe I tried. Check out my play lists. You can see other brands I have tried throughout the years. Let me know what you think 🙂
Pamela, which lip balm/ treatments are you using?
@@MeowEwowE I’m using Avene’s cicalfate lip cream topped off with Homeoplasmine. This Homeoplasmine stuff was apparently once a well-kept secret of Hollywood makeup artists.
I’ve also learned about lip-basting from Dr. Shereene Idriss, my favorite Cosmetic Dermatologist on You Tube. Unlike Dr Dray, Dr Idriss doesn’t turn her nose up at luxury skincare products OR fragrance. Her recommendations cover the gamut of skincare products for the most sensitive skin types to her recommended drug store skincare brands.
I continue to use La Mer but have noted their Genaissance line can sometimes cause my eczema to flare up. If my skin barrier is doing well though I love using the whole Genaissance collection.
The La Mer products I continue to use no matter what are the Treatment Lotion, the hydrating infused emulsion, and the original crème de la mer. Sometimes I’ll use the Conentrate as well as their revitalizating hydrating serum/regeneration serum.
So it’s the frenchie stuff and La Mer for me. I’ve also learned to use aquaphor spray as a final sealant for my body moisturizers. And I save my La Mer body crème for when I want to treat myself as I LOVE that stuff but can’t afford to be going through $300 containers every five weeks🤣
I have dry, mature skin and live in Alaska so I HAVE to full body moisturise twice a day.
