I love LaMer too. Nothing made my skin look the way LaMer did. Right now I am trying another line for the summer and will make a review soon.

Can my routine be: Cleanser -> this product -> something for eye dark circles -> moisturizer?

Absolutely ... any exfoliating product comes first before anything else. Do not use retinoids with this product.
