you need a higher voltage between 40 and 60 volts or at least 40 volts, 22 volts is not enough. It weld but I am very sure that the weld does not look too good.
HomeMade Projects a Arcwelder Works with 15-40 volt (idle 35-70 volts) and 80 - 200 or 400 Ampere Dc. kst's Arcwelder Works with Ac this is Not Good for MMA welding Ac is Good vor Tig welding
duty cycle... 0.0015%, wooden box for safety, and a fan to accelerate the fire! Kudos! There's even a thermal circuit breaker in the microwave oven??? brilliant
Yeah, there he is, nice work mate :D Millions of thumbs for you, I get a video recommended about your Silver Play Button, but you deserve the silver Golden Hands award.
If I could make a minor safety suggestion my grade 9 electronics teacher made a point of enforcing, when wiring the power switch, have the circuit connected to the center and the mains coming in from the side. That way the unused terminal isn't live when the device is switched off but still plugged in and if it ever managed to touch the housing or get touched, no one gets shocked
great project bro but one question you havn't put any foot switch, capacitors, or delay timers like thing, it will be short circuit soon if we weld continuously for long time plz guide us in this thanks and plz also mention the transformers int put and output voltages and amps.
There is a way to get rid of the winding better. It is necessary to saw off in the place of the welding seam and with an easy movement of the hand to remove the winding
Please sir,as I was pulling out the secondary coil from the transformer,I unknowingly cut about 6 primary coil.please, can it still be repaired and how?
I have a concern will that wire used for winding hold a continuous current of more than 100A? And as i know it cannot your machine might get damaged after some use.
Actually, the idea is not bad if you implement it with a higher transformer frequency and correct windings. You only need a frequency converter or approx. 3-30 KHz, then the transmission strength is much greater and e.g. the right tight 25-50 V winding. 3 khz - 30 khz. e.g. from self-made bistable tilting stage for 2 euros Components: _ 1x microwave transformer (2 low frequency transistors for 40 cents 2 capacitors 20 cents and 2 resistors 10 cents, potentiometer 10 cents) -> 10 hz -> 3 - 30 kHz (Should be about 3-30 khz) -> then two controlled 2x RJH60F7 IGBT 600V 90A 328.9W ADPK Renesas in parallel on cooling plate, as well as a rectifier for 220 V 100 A. There is only one Khz converter in it, a rectifier 220 V, filter capacitor 3-30 Khz, a microwave transformer, 25-50 V winding and e.g. 2 x parallel IGBT transistors as the functional core. Why not make them in Europe. DC control with 100 A dimmer otherwise only max 32 A. Simply 4 additional extra power triacs on an extra sheet in parallel. (Cave, cave, cave also welder circuit diagrams from China on the Internet, there are short circuits and a lot of incorrect circuits in it, in order to disguise some of the stolen, bloated patent crap. Also, the direct current in the middle does not work as a regulator, absolute madness the China fakes on all Google Images Pages.)

rubbish! most buzz box stick welders are AC
Ac is used for example for alluminium, dc is usually used for steel an iron
You are right,so he made two
،
You are awesome sir ... great work
wires on the thin side. nice job
Amazing work, bro! Really good! 😀
up step Control Rectifier & Display current Amp. well so good^^
All your product amazing

I like creative channal
When you have everything in stock the creative is too easy
Yes bro we can't make this because we don't have enough thing for making. So we are just watchers.
Wow..!! Thank you boss.
Good job bro I like your mechanism
Brilliant welding :)

super cool, DAB BRO. SALUTE YOU.
Can you make a variable frequency drive that takes single phase and powers three phase ??? Now that is something that would get views !!!!!!!!!
Amazing Creative video

Very nice and cool
This guy is really a handyman.. i can see not from what he makes but from his skillful hands, and knowledge
i have been watching every video that u uploaded
You are very intelligent
Very very nice
How many turn's did you do for every transformer?nice work,i will try this 😊

Pls make a video about basic/advanced tools & materials for electronics
Cameout amazing! Great work. Love your videos. 👍

i am just 13 and u are my inspiration
Great, but it needs a voltage selector for thin or thick metal you really need it on a welder
Awesome bro
Very useful video.
It's not surprising he neglected to show the quality of the weld. This is just a waste of time, you need higher volts at that amps.

Great bro superb
Good job

You should make some stuffs with supercapacitors. I would really like to see. Thank you for the video BTW.
parabens amigo eu estou ligado diretamente de Brazil no canal criativo :)
Great I need to make one ..
awesome work man

Hello, you did a great job

It is good for your all videos

I don't think that little power switch you are using is rated for this amount of power 😂😂😂
