Wonderful interpretation Maya! Perfect balance with the oud player. You play with your heart without the distractions of excessive embellishments. What is the name of the oud player? She is so precise and talented. I wonder if she has played her own oud solos. Love your music.
Hello miss Maya I'm from Syria and i have been listening to this for about two hours and every time i do , i'm impressed as the first time.. I play qanun for about 10 years now but everything i gained was from self learning.. About a year ago i participated in a competition in Damascus for qanunests and we played this piece in the qualifiers.. and i won the 5th place on Syria.. However this music reminds me of those days.. thank you for bringing the happiness into my heart in this tough time ❤️❤️
its so beautiful yr so underrated keep going , i started playing qanun few years ago and i would love to play arabic songs but sadly i dont find any partitions :((
