Fred Wahl is Great! I've used him for K-1 visa application all the way through my wife's citizenship with 100% success rate for all of our applications. Highly recommended, Thank you Fred Wahl!
Please help me our k1 visa got denied I'm depressed I don't know what should i do now ???? I lost hope my partner devastated😢 ....... We don't need anything we only wanna live together
I have successfully helped many denied couples, who came to me after their denial to submit their subsequent application. If you wish to discuss your case you are welcome to book a time to speak with me at www.visacoach.com/schedule/
Hi fred Can us citizen bring his brother or sister to United states if they can what's the fastest department to apply in and how long it takes to get through how much are they your fees and government fees
Both USCIS and US State Department process the case. Depending on country might take 5 to 10 years, Current fees are around $1,600, My current fees are $795 to prepare applicaton to USCIS.
The present spouse visa support fee is $995 for the USCIS stage, followed by $495 for the State Department Stage. For details send your request to info@visacoach.com and ask for "Spouse Visa 101". When comparing Spouse visa versus Fiancee visa which is "better" is a personal choice based on situation and individual preferences.
@@Visacoach I am a American living in the Philippines I am planning on married Filipino woman I we are planning on living in the USA does my income for the year has to be 24,000 a year for her to get her spouse visa because I don't make 24,000 a year
My fiance has a business visa. She is saying people have come on a business or tourist visa, got married and then applied for adjustment of status. Does this work?
Hello sir,my husband (who is American )and I are currently living in Zambia and we don’t have any intentions of living in USA because I’m still in school and we only want to visit his parents for Christmas in December.what is the correct visa to apply for ?
Hi coach. I am a us citizen looking to petition my partner. I lived with him overseas for 7 years. We have a 2 year old together and I recently moved back to the states with my child. Our main priority is getting reunited the sooner. I have another kid so that means we would be a household of 4. My income a year is 30,700. Do you think we have a chance still??
Hi Coach i have an other question based on questions the can ask me on Spouse Visa. 1 When are you planning to leave the United States after your entry? 2 When are you planning to enter the United States?
There is an immediate suspicion that the consular officer will have that something is off. To be successfull the application needs to demonstrate to the officer that such suspicions are unfounded. That is what the VisaCoach front loaded petition strives to achieve.
Yes there could be a problem when there is a significant age difference. For best communications I suggest you speak directly with the consultant or attorney working on your case. He understands your situation and can take the time to explain it for your understanding.

What should be the annual minimum income of a sponsoring US citizen for K-1?
Income requirements vary based on household size. If only two persons total, the current annual financial eligibility threshold is $19, 720
@@Visacoach Two persons mean the 1st one who sponsors and the 2nd one who is being sponsored (Sponsee)

All bona fide couples should be able to get their applications granted. If your income is insuffiecient then you find a co-sponsor, or get a raise.
@Visacoach thank you for replying. What happens if neither of those options are a possibility?
Then you can return and resume your life overseas, as reuniting with your spouse in the USA would not be possible.

There is no tricky or cunning reply, simply answer with the truth.

How long would it take to bring my fiancé from Manila Philippines to Michigan? Fiancé visa or a Spouse visa.
In 2023 most cases of either have been taking around 18 months. We hope it might improve for 2024, but is too soon to accurately forcast.
