I’m already at 6 months waiting at nvc and nothing. This process is very very slow and I encourage everyone to do any of these processes asap.The people will waist your time while they vacation in these countries.
my cr1 visa took only 3 months at the USCIS and at the NVC a month and they scheduled my appointment after a month and now my interview is in few days!
Hello, I did the spouse visa. My husband is from 🇬🇳 Guinea. We were married in Africa. I filed on the end of May 2023. I had gone to Africa to be with him twice when I filed. At the end of November 2023 I took a third trip and was there five months. When I got back in the beginning of May, I got an RFE. I got this on June 21 of 2023. I had to submit all requested evidence of our continual relationship by September 16. I sent everything neatly and had the package tracked. It arrived to its destination in September 6. How long do I have to wait now for USCIS response to my RFE response? Thanks so much for your answer.
We apply for the K1, is there a way to change to the the K3? My mom won't be able to fly to the wedding, we are thinking about getting married in my country so she can be present, but what should we do with the the 129f that we already file???😢

Very Helpful video i must say, Theres a lot of people that have this question, How can it be if they are living in India and their significant other is American but they are supported by the government through disability and living with their parents. How sponsoring the Indian Fiancee works in that way and the total costs Involved? Please make a video on it.

What should be the minimum income of a sponsoring US citizen?
The sponsor of either visa has to make a minimum of just under $26,000 to support 2 people. If there's kids, etc it goes up.
