you can probably just put multiple banana slices in one pancake. you might need to make the batter thicker to be able to flip it properly though? or maybe just make the banana slices smaller so they stay suspended in the batter

Recently I ve cooked the souffle pancakes with qiwi, but used a little sugar(about 1.5 t.sp. per 1 qiwi, 2 eggs and 1.5 t.sp. of flour).
Well, I couldnt do them well😏.
There was some sour taste and there was nothing unusual😕🤷‍♀️.
May be somebody here could advice the right proportions for it?😏.
