Fluffy Donuts with Chocolate Cream Recipe :: Better Than Buying It

Donuts made at home and eaten while warm
It's so delicious that you can't compare it to the taste you buy.
I made it because I know the taste.
It's delicious even if you just sprinkle sugar on it without putting any filling inside.
In addition to the round shape, try making it in a pretzel shape.
Chocolate filling is easy to make with simple ingredients.
It will be easy to follow along.
*** Measurements are scales (g), rice spoons (Tbsp), teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

✤ Dough
- 350g Bread flour
- 160ml Warm milk (below 36℃)
- 50g (5Tbsp) Sugar
- 6g (1Tbsp) Instant dry yeast
- 1 Room temperature egg
- 6g (2tsp) Salt
- 40g Room temperature unsalted butter
✤ Chocolate filling
- 80g Dark chocolate (milk chocolate available)
- 300ml Milk
- 30g (3Tbsp) Cornstarch
✤ Coating
- Sugar
✤ Tips
- I even did the 2nd fermentation due to time constraints, but if you do the 3rd fermentation, it will be more fluffy and delicious.
- 20~30 minutes for 2nd and 3rd fermentation
- Fry slowly at a low temperature so that the inside is well cooked.

Oh, Argentina hay unas muy parecidas, les decimos Bolitas de Fraile, nada más que en vez de perforar y rellenar con manga, las bolitas de fraile son cortadas a la mitad (sin cortar completamente) y ahi se pone el dulce de leche o crema pastelera :)

@@dawnbae6322 I was literally a novice at the time, so it didn't ferment very well. then I waited for 3-4 hours. But it was also good. no one understood. first, warm milk and yeast should be thoroughly mixed. and I wrap the dough in a cloth and leave it somewhere warm. it will be ready in about 1 hour. besides, your egg needs to be warm too.❤

오븐이나 에프 모두 다 가능한데요. 도넛이 아니라 그냥 단팥빵 같은 그런 빵으로 완성됩니다. 오븐에서 170도 20분 정도 구우면 될것 같아요.

오늘따라 도넛이 더 먹고 싶어지네요 ㅋㅋ. 근데 궁금한게 있는데요. 버터 같은 경우 처음부터 녹여서 우유 설탕 이스트에 같이 넣고 이후에 밀가루를 투입하는 것이 작업면에서는 훨씬 수월할 것 같은데 왜 실온의 고체 버터를 밀가루 반죽에 넣고 힘들여 또 반죽을 하는건가요? 혹시 반죽 온도와 관련이 있나요?
식용유나 버터는 발효를 방해합니다. 그래서 이스트가 이미 활성화된 후 제일 나중에 넣는거예요.
