Help! was recorded with a Hofner Bass, Gretsch Tennessean, Framus 12-String Acoustic, Ludwig Drums and Tambourine. George has an overdubbed guitar riff included in the intros and choruses
Andrew Bockelman - Guitars, Bass & Mix
John Perrin - Drums
When the world needed them most, they hath returned!
Bro the last video was like 2 weeks ago 💀
and the one before that was 2 months, and before that, 8 months.
Even if that wasn't the case, it's just a saying....@@BeatlesWeezerFan1995
Dude that snare is on point. I love it
Yes nice canny rim shot is where its at. Sound good.
It’s the like the best karaoke backing track you could possibly hope for
love to do a karaoke on this and other ably house "hits"
Great job guys!
Thanks, Sam!!
Everything about this is🔥🔥 JP with the perfect lack of kick!!
Another track brilliantly captured, the dums sound amazing! I hope to hear more from you guys soon, you are dearly missed when you are gone!
Amazing, I never understood why they deleted the first version but of course this one sounds a thousand times better 😻🔥
What do I see? The bass guitar for the left hand is green, and the drums are in action. Your cooperation is the best gift for me for our Christmas.
Thank you all!!!
GooD)))))))
Green Hofner! Like the bass player of Talking Heads
Finaly somebody proving me right about that bass drum is not playing in verses of this track!!! Thank you!!!!
goooood!!
Have you ever considered doing a cover of the 1966 Live Version of Yesterday with the full band? I think it could be fun!
Excellent cover BTW
Neil Candelora aka their Paul hasn't left the band but is very busy with tours with the Fab Four so let's hope they actually do it, and also there's no conflict between them.
Sounds so amazing and just exactly like the recorded track
Make You're Gonna Lose That Girl, pleeeease❤
Outstanding! Sounds like the original...didn't know that bass was available in that color
Perfect, as always.
Oh that’s great, wonderful snare. I always wondered how Ringo was doing the bells when John’s playing by himself (in a way).
Great job as usual! Perfect
Wow this is fantastic! The snare drum sounds exactly as on record! Congratulations for this! 👌🏻👌🏻
Awesome as always! I just love the sound of the Gretsch!
Perfect ❤
Amazing... thanks.... please...Next: The Night Before
Great job guys you guys sound great can I ask you guys something I would love to see you guys do lady Madonna

Great performance!
Perfect Perfect
Incredible!!! That solid snare drum sounds very similar as on the original record! Thanks Ably House! 🔥✨🎸👌🏻
yas andrew!! great cover as always man
Fantastic! Love your takes on the early Beatles tunes.
Really looking forward to seeing & hearing you guys do "Ask Me Why"... Someday soon?
Another fantastic one! Really caught that sound.
I feel like "Help!" gets slept on, even though I love it!
please make a video of this boy
Very, Very good job folks, sounded like what first heard in 1964. Thanks!
1965
Ooooops, 1965, that's a go@@Henry3Studios
Wow! That descending riff in the breaks is wild fast.
The only one I can think of that is faster might be the turn around in the solo In Bill Haley's Rock around The Clock.
I wonder if that was George's inspiration for it doing that bit here?
I seem to remember outtakes where he's not able to play it straight off so it took practice.
Kudos for reproducing it perfectly here.
Flawless as usual! Though I am curious, what's the difference between this reupload and the original? XD
There was a guitar muted in the breakdown
That was quick! Great job Andrew and John! (Btw what songs are coming up)
I’m working through my Beatles for Sale files and trying to break them up with other videos from different eras I have started. Not sure yet!
@@AblyHouseyou have to do the live eras
@@AblyHouseby 1966 they were doing crazy things live
Btw@@AblyHouse what guitars do you have(such as the Rickenbacker Models, Gretsch, fender... stuff like that).
I agree!@@danny834
Help
I need somebody
(Help) not just anybody
(Help) you know I need someone, help
So much younger than today
(I never need) I never needed anybody's help in any way
(Now) but now these days are gone (these days are gone)
I'm not so self assured
(And now I find) now I find I've changed my mind
And opened up the doors
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down
And I do appreciate you being 'round
Help me get my feet back on the ground
Won't you please, please help me
In oh so many ways
(My independ-) my independence seems to vanish in the haze
(But) but every now and then (now and then)
I feel so insecure
(I know that I) I know that I just need you like
I've never done before
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down
And I do appreciate you being 'round
Help me get my feet back on the ground
Won't you please, please help me

Do you plan to cover "Now and Then"?
Yes, but not soon. I have a lot of projects that only need bass and drums to finish. Help! for example, had these guitars waiting around since 2020. Once I dig through my old files and finish what's worth it, I'll start taking requests and that again
Sounds great. That's a cool bass. What kind is it?
Carlo Robelli Violin Bass
Where did you guys buy the Gretsch Guitar and for how much? I want one myself but everywhere I find them they go for 2000 or more
The guitars are very expensive and that is why I borrow them and film bulk videos. I shot all Tennessean parts in 2020 during a couple months, all future videos and past with the Tenne will be from that time
Look into the electromatic series and swap out any hardware you find less suitable
I didn’t know John ever played a 12 string acoustic, are there any other songs he used that on?
Yes, watch Help! the movie! There are a few others, you can look it up on Beatles bible “gear used per song” page

ミントグリーンのバイオリンベースはどこのメーカーですか?
欲しくなりました。👍
awh where is neil? i miss his playing
You can catch him with the Fab Four! He moved away and is busy
(。_。)@@AblyHouse
@@AblyHousebut you can always visit him sometime
"For You Blue", please! ✌💥.
You got it!
@@AblyHouse Thanks a lot, guys! Love your work! 💥💥💥💥💥.
ヘドラのTシャツ!!
YES!! Somebody understands - it’s my shirt :)
Super!👍
Dude, can you play guitar with your right hand and bass with your left? Or is it a mirror image?
This is mirrored, other videos are Neil who is lefty
@@AblyHouse okaaaay😎
It is also extremely important to play the bass left handed.. otherwise it sounds different. 👀😀
💘💘💘💘💘
This sounds great! Can I ask what mic you used to capture drum overheads?
Guitar acoustic 12 strings?
Where is Neil? Did you have a falling out?
No, he moved to Florida and is too busy these days for the channel
@@AblyHouse that’s too bad. You two made a great team. Anywho fantastic cover! Always look forward to your videos Andrew
@@AblyHouse You should find a new land handed musician for your channel
@@ABCFORKIDSCOMEDIAN1998hey Ryan how should ably house find a “land handed player”?
@@ABCFORKIDSCOMEDIAN1998 I won't accuse you on the fact that your school never taught you how to spell the word "LEFT".
Would you ever do Kansas City hey hey hey
Is bass Horner?
Is Carlo Robelli Violin Bass
I did see a Hofner in the thumbnail of this video
@@ABCFORKIDSCOMEDIAN1998 I think some people really don’t like the Carlo Robelli. I’ll get a Hofner eventually
i remember seeing a upload from you that was unlisted showing all the guitar parts and electric part. glad to see the bass and drums were put on. great upload andrew. i watched both uploads of this from u and didn't notice the mistake what was it?
The Tennessean was muted during the breakdown verse where George does the upstrokes. Thanks for checking it out!
What program do you use to put multiple videos on screen at the same time?
Final Cut Pro
I prefer Ably House over Michael Sokil any day, because theses guys actually mix their songs well, and not like Michael, who just wants a “modern” sound. And he ends up using too much high frequencies and compression.
What a terrible color the Höfner has.
Bro, kamu yang terbaik ❤
