- Life’s not all sunshine and roses, but if you work really hard at it, you can tackle any obstacle with a sunshine mindset. Best friends and co-authors Tanya Rad and Raquelle Stevens join the Lautners today to discuss their book, The Sunshine Mind. They share the incredible story of how they met, what sparked the idea for the book, and collaborating on the project. Tanya and Taylor bond over the notion that rejection is sometimes God’s redirection, and Raquelle opens up about finding direction in life, which sometimes simply looks like doing the next right thing. Her favorite word says it best: YOLO-so it’s important to live it to the fullest. We hope today’s conversation inspires you to do just that.

Beautiful comments from Raquel and Tanya!
This episode surprised me in the best way glad I listened.
as a current grad school student in mental health counseling, and the passion to go into marriage and family therapy, it is so refreshing to hear you guys talk, so highly about therapy and what Taylor mentioned about you don’t have to be in Crisis to go to therapy you can get ahead of. It is so useful for myself and society in general thank you Taylor and Taylor for this amazing podcast it is one of my favorite things to listen to in the mornings on my way to work!
I am also in grad school to become a licensed therapist, and I will second this!! I LOVE this podcast & look forward to it every week! Thank you for normalizing taking care of our health, both physical and mental… and our well being as a whole! Such good stuff 👏🏻
Always great conversation
Very relatable and for someone in my later 20’s, I still need these reminders that there is good to come in my life even when it seems like a far away concept I can have what I want in my life
I really loved this episode. I could really use some motivation right now and everything you guys talked about helped me understand not to be so hard on myself and take it easy. God will lead the way. Thank you for this encouraging podcast!
How I love all the Taylor's intro! We need more beatbox! And let's make Pentatonix happen! Thank your for this amazing ep. ♥
Ahh this is awesome! I am obsessed with this podcast! Excited for more :)

How annoying is ‘male’ Taylor’s voice??? I find him so 😩… he twitches a lot too and has the most twangy accent.
I love how the episodes just keep getting juicier 🥹❤️love it
