been grinding china lately and the j7e was really fun to fly. I just happened to get it when 12.3 was released. Most my battles were in that mid range with usually one or two f16/14.

Yeah, i had great fun with the j7d (birthday gift) but then when the event started i got constant 12.0 uptiers every single match with very very rare 11.0 matches. very wierd.

I've been noticing it a lot lately where it doesn't let you launch a missile despite being locked. might be a bug.
It’s been pissing me off a lot
Some missiles can't be launched during high G maneuvers. Though it should really only apply to the bad ones like aim9b. Imo it's a bugged implementation of a realistic feature.
it wont fire when im flying dead straight on someones 6 rear aspect. it is 100% bugged.@@HalIOfFamer

Another plane that's finally playable at 11.0 is the MiG-23M, the lack of flares isn't as bad at 11.0 as opposed to 12.0, definitely worth giving a shot.
j7e is so damn fun, the nr 30 is funny to use . Even if it is 12.0 every game its my favorite plane to fly right now

seems constant uptiers vs top tier radar missiles :)
As of may 2024 this is the average uptiers or down tiers you get in this plane. Idk if the buffed the missles but they hold their own. Even in uptiers this plane can do well unlike other 11.0s this plane can do fine and thank goodness because its mostly full uptiers as of todays date.

10.7-11.7 Uptiers 3
10.3-11.3 Uptiers 5
10.0-11.0 Downtiers 2

Its great...like to me its the most balsnced high tier. Like the f4e/j37c has superior radar missiles , f5e has great rate fight capabilities, mig21bis has all aspect missiles and is usually the fastest, j7e with the godly pl5b ....so many planes are well balsnced at 11

i face f16c and mig 29smt that slings, aim 9m, 7m and r73 in my f4-J, I have no choice but to toughen it out until i get out of the hell hole, i have never faced 10.3 in my 200 battles

Would you recommend the J-7D over the MIG-23ML?
joob you should try out the J22B at 3.7 in my opinion its over tiered but it has really good 13mm guns and it turns quite nice at certain altitudes and speeds pretty unique plane for Sweden
It's overtiered because of the guns, everyone doesn't know what plane that is so they go head-on and die.

youre better off going for the f5s and the 16 than the j8s, id only grind that line if you love boom and zooming with python 3s at mach 1.5, the j8e is golden though, consider a talisman during sales

The J-7E is honestly so good atm, when I play it I average 4-5 or maybe a 6 kill game and 1 kill as my worst.

when i play my USSR mig23 (br 11.0), i see about 85-90% uptiers and maybe if lucky 15% downtiers. i think 11.3 is worse, dont get me wrong, BUT the downtier i am diff not seing much.

5 month later and let me tell you it's hot garbage at 11.0 because now you are facing F-14 and F-15 as Well as the MiG-23 and MiG-29 as well as MiG-21 Bis and the list goes on
and it's just as much as a pain to me to grind
The j-7e doesn’t face f-15’s. It’s 11.0 meaning the highest you can see is 12.0, the f-15’s are 12.3.
Uptiers always suck, yeah. But it’s still the best 11.0 jet in the game.
@@_Joob it's not the best since you would eat a magic 2 in the face or even radar missiles especially R-24's and probably the super 530F

@@_Joob Yeah, doesn't face F-15s, instead it almost always gets sucked up into 12.0 games where half the enemy team is F-16s and those things just do everything you do, but better.
