The only thing that happened to me so far ist forearm pain after pull ups. no wrist, no joint or anything just the right forearm. I warm up every time for 10-20 minutes before the workout. its always the pullups that hurt my right forearm

Hello. High volume is when you do many exercise and many reps, high intensity is when you have minimum rest beetwen sets like this you do intensitu workout
