@@houssamadjerid Work on compression. If you are not flexible enough, allow a bent at the knees at first I dont have any other tips, hope this will help you 👍

Hi gabu , i've made a huge progress in my V-sit journey thanks to you , I have a question cuz I'm straggling holding the full V-sit even though I have greate hamstring mobility and hip flexors strength , so my question is how I can develop core compression to bring my legs as close to my chest as possible .
Going by your thumbnail, you look like you might have a similar issue that I have when it comes to the L-sit on the floor, which is short arms, but I also have a negative ape index and even though I can get my butt off of the ground, yet for taking pictures it doesn't work, I typically use the miniature parallettes
I have the full front splits, and I have always trained abs but I struggle with exercises like the L-sit, boat pose, V-ups and toes to bar...it seems I can't lift up my straight legs:( I can only do bent knee modifications:(
