      Unlocked both because of you . Unlocked many more things such as pike press , straight arm straight legs L-sit to handstand because of your videos

      I can do an L-sit for about 20 seconds, working on my straddle l-sit but I don't feel like I'm progressing at all. Got any advice?

      Congratulations dude .
      I have a question for you cuz I have about 8 weeks of V-sit training and I've made a huge progress but I'm straggling bringing my legs as close to my chest as possible so any tips on that ? .

      @@houssamadjerid Work on compression. If you are not flexible enough, allow a bent at the knees at first
      I dont have any other tips, hope this will help you 👍

    I have 45 years of Unicycling this year, and excited to find your channel! The World is My Playground!! I'm New to Calisthenics, and Very excited to learn so much more after recently being humbled by rings!! A couple days ago I learned i can hold full body first try, no big shakies for over 30 seconds a few times!! Thank you so much for helping this girl out and keeping videos simple, and easy to understand! I'm celebrating my 53rd birthday this week with a new set of rings and bars!     I was putting off doing a morning workout and browsing youtube and this showed up. I guess it's a sign I need to get up and move and follow along! I am no where close to a good L sit yet, I definitely need the core strength.

    Hi gabu , i've made a huge progress in my V-sit journey thanks to you , I have a question cuz I'm straggling holding the full V-sit even though I have greate hamstring mobility and hip flexors strength , so my question is how I can develop core compression to bring my legs as close to my chest as possible .

    Going by your thumbnail, you look like you might have a similar issue that I have when it comes to the L-sit on the floor, which is short arms, but I also have a negative ape index and even though I can get my butt off of the ground, yet for taking pictures it doesn't work, I typically use the miniature parallettes

    I have the full front splits, and I have always trained abs but I struggle with exercises like the L-sit, boat pose, V-ups and toes to bar...it seems I can't lift up my straight legs:( I can only do bent knee modifications:(

    can anyone explain to me why I can l sit on the floor for 10 seconds but not on parallettes? I'm so confused! is it a form thing?
