    Andry strong - my new goal. 💪The core variation was something I’d never seen - love it already. I’m a 54 year old climber (8th year boulder) that doesn’t like climb training, so this is more my functional movement for life. I sub’d. 🤘

      For me i just did lot off pull ups, ones i gained more strength, i could slowly start to pull higher.

      @@magnusvaabenladefoged1404 You need to also learn the correct technique of high pull ups and by that i mean the correct scapula position so you can be able to pull from the waste line.

    Can someone give mi advice plz. My shoulders especially rear delts hurts while Im trying to do front lever raises or toes to the bar. What i can do to prevent pain in shoulders???

      become stronger first in those muscles,how? Prepare them with basic pull ups good form,rows,tuck front lever holds r only negatives.work on weighted pull up and basic pull ups,just become stronger slowly through months.Adjust,then progres than adjust.Do not do instantly front lever rises for example

      beginner cant do nothing but have a power, intermediate already can do some movement. Handstand, straddle planche, muscle up

      @@aminechebbi9284 Pushups aren't equal to pull ups since you don't use your whole bodyweight. Dips can be equal to pull ups.

    Bro tutorial for bent arm planche on floor please. I do on paralletes that you thought but can't do on floor.

      1 - turn your hands to the side or even a full supinated grip
      2 - lean forward till ur legs leave the ground alone
      if that doesnt work try a straddle on the floor
      and please check ur paralletes form make sure your toes are in line with the shoulder with the hip

      Lower the elevation of paralletes until you can do it on the floor.
