become stronger first in those muscles,how? Prepare them with basic pull ups good form,rows,tuck front lever holds r only negatives.work on weighted pull up and basic pull ups,just become stronger slowly through months.Adjust,then progres than adjust.Do not do instantly front lever rises for example
1 - turn your hands to the side or even a full supinated grip 2 - lean forward till ur legs leave the ground alone if that doesnt work try a straddle on the floor and please check ur paralletes form make sure your toes are in line with the shoulder with the hip

For me i just did lot off pull ups, ones i gained more strength, i could slowly start to pull higher.

Bro tutorial for bent arm planche on floor please. I do on paralletes that you thought but can't do on floor.
1 - turn your hands to the side or even a full supinated grip
2 - lean forward till ur legs leave the ground alone
if that doesnt work try a straddle on the floor
and please check ur paralletes form make sure your toes are in line with the shoulder with the hip
Lower the elevation of paralletes until you can do it on the floor.
