How to manage House helps better| How can they stay longer? How should husbands relate with them?

In this video we talk about house helps and their role in our homes. Almost every home has a House help/Nanny and we get anxious about where to get them, how to interview, how much to pay, orient, appraise them and have them stay longer. I believe employers have a role to play in mentoring, supporting and creating a good environment for them to thrive. House helps add value and we need to reward them in that regard.

My two cents on this video is
1. One can be open to the idea of househelps who r male especially if say all your kids are boys and your husband is abit 😉 with female househelps haha. Nwe it's something to think about. I know many families that have thrived with male househelps.
2. Also bambi as women u can know when your person is abit 😉 with the maids so like u guys said, go with your gut. 😆

I remember when I and my siblings were still young, Mum brought house helps but with most of them, she had to let them go because of rumors here and there on the neighborhood, we later had to grow without helps but I now see, ORIENTATION had to come first.
