Wow! Another Lovely video 🥰. My two cents would be u as the employer need to demonstrate that u can do the work u want your help to do. Its like how we expect our bosses to know what they tell us to do . It helps so that the help doesn't think u will not survive without her . Otherwise when I ever need maid guidance I know where to go now😁. Lisa and Angela well done 👏
It's interesting how nannies here are paid high. I see nanny jobs online paying $3000/month. The things the nanny does are not even any close to what Ugandan nannies do. Here nannies drop kids to school of course vehicle is provided, when kids are in school she is out doing groceries and a bit of work at home, pick kids up, help with home work and light cooking then leaves the house at 6pm. There was a time I almost thought of applying to become a nanny because most nannies I've met looooooove their jobs.
@@LisaKusiima Canada. Yes if you study those first aid courses and know how to communicate well plus a few things here and there. Of course some experience is needed. I'm telling you some of these wealthy parents who don't have time to mange kids will pay you that much. And if you are a smart Ugandan with your money, you can easily invest well back home.
I watched this video and got a nanny on Sunday. She's been super so far until this morning (Friday) when I just found out that she gives my son medication. I think so he can sleep. I'd always wondered why she'd lock the doors when putting him to sleep and told her to stop. But this morning (5am) when he woke up and she locked I couldn't go back to sleep. I think it's the Holy Spirit who even lead me to go check the medicine cabinet and for sure one medicine was missing but it's a supplement. I decided to know and asked her to open. Then I asked her where the medicine was and she told me she'd given him. My friends I'm just in shock wondering how many times she's given him. Should I fire?
OMG that is such a dangerous thing she did.. Have a talk to her and find out why she did that.. how often etc…was that the routine at her previous job? This will help you understand her motives…Etc after that you might need to let her go because trust has been broken. The baby’s life is in danger! I am so sorry
@@LisaKusiima she just wanted the baby to sleep so she can get more sleep coz he woke up top early. She said he was hot but he wasn't plus that's not the med for fever. Anyway I've even discovered she doesn't wash the dishes properly as I went to get a cup for tea; just sent her to take out the bin then she went to the shop.why? I'm telling you these are revelations from God. I've decided to fire! Mother's we have to be careful not everyone is happy. Some come with jealousy. I have a blessed home, blessed children and husband and we are covered by the blood of Jesus

Hay Lisa, is this still valid? I want a maid
The kit is still available
I have come to realise that mothers are not so good with your children, because there's a jealousy element involved.
