I swear the battery is really bad, my friend has one, he just charges it in class half the time.
peachychaewon So we can’t do anything about it? That’s Apple for you, tired of people defending it. I bought the Apple Pencil too, yeah it’s pretty bad. When it’s out of charge you can’t use it as a regular stylus and drawing on it feels awkward.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to the XR and I love it! Don't let the "bad rep" fool you, the display is perfectly fine for everyday use. You'd have to be a spec sheet nerd or downgrading from an OLED display to even notice. Oh, and the battery life is great! I use social media a lot but I still only have to charge it every other day. My only "complaint" is that it's a little bit too big for my hand and pretty heavy. I think with my next phone, I'll downsize a bit just for everyday convenience. Other than that, instant recommend! The chip is a couple of years old by now but it still works great, hasn't slowed down any and I don't expect it to any time soon.

I myself use the XR and its a perfect upgrade for me. Ill keep using it for as long as possible until the iPhone 11 prices drop.

I owned my XR for almost 3 years (since Nov 2018) and it’s fantastic. I bought 128GB white, and it’s fantastic. No cracks or scratches and still works like a charm. It’s amazing.

Now if you had galaxy s10e, which is waaay better. Its cheaper, bigger battery, stronger, better camera, better display and reverse wireless charging.

@@fanny2081 Never been a fan, the reverse wireless charging is just gonna cause more wear to the battery, the S10e still has the confusing Bixby button which I infinitely press instead of the volume down button, the XR camera is great, I love iOS > android ANY DAY. I’m still gonna get iPhones and not even the new Z Flip/Fold 3 is gonna make me switch, nothing will make me switch to Android because it’s difficult and strange to use.

Don’t dismiss the iPhone XR display as “just good” .. it is almost as good as iPhone XS. You only notice a slight difference when watching videos shot in dark since blacks aren’t pitch black. That’s about it. I’ve compared with iPhone XS and in 95 percent of the time I couldn’t tell them apart in terms of display quality.
True, i’ve had both the xs max and the xr since my xs max broke, and honestly after about an hour you get used to the lcd screen on the xr. People make it much of a bigger deal than it actually is, and the lcd screen on the xr is great!
AkseLit0 -_- yeah some people don’t seem to realise it’s got the same chip and camera minus a telephoto lens but overall it’s a better deal for a lesser price since it’s also got better battery life.

The only Android I would maybe choose over XR is Oneplus 7 Pro.
Btw. I'm using iPhone XR 128GB, the battery is awesome (used i7 Plus before XR), Camera is probably a bit better than S9 (not S10) and Video is better than any phone which is important to me.
The display is not better than S9 ofc, but it is not that important to me since XR display is really color-accurate, natural vivid and bright enough.
And ofc we don't need to even say anything about iOS, so smooth.
There are only two downsides with XR and thats slow FACE ID and RAM Management while using 3G/4G internet network.

Me too, I don't upgrade a lot because we broke lol but this guy has been around since I was a young kid and remember his reviews back then. I for sure trust him, he's honest humble and a balance.
Since hes balanced he takes realistic views into opinion and what WE may need or want, or may not want.
Where as other reviewers are very, This Is not top spec, the camera is bad so just spend the extra 250 for the newer one, even though theres not a big difference, I wont take into consideration the fact you guys may not have money like me/not care so you know just buy the latest most expensive model

I actually upgraded to the XR last summer, not because I wanted to but because I had to. My iPhone X broke and I needed a phone like immediately. The XR was the only phone on sale at T-Mobile so I had to get it, provided I got more than the 64GB option. I freaking love this thing! The camera blew me away for a "Budget" phone. Now I plan on getting whatever Apple releases this year, hopefully it's not a dud.

The display is better. We may have different priorities though. I don’t really care about camera or display. As long as it isn’t hideous I don’t mind. What I do care about is battery life and genera performance. Which the XR is very good at. And it’s a good price as well. I got mine for $550.
If you’re more into cameras and stuff like that then I’d recommend one of the 11s

Joseph Albon The camera isn’t bad by any means. But if you try and compare it to like a google pixel or the iPhone 11 then you’re going to be disappointed in the XR. It’s just not really the focus of the design. Might be worth getting anyway if you need a new phone. The XR is. Good deal right now and the battery life is top of the line.

Marques I keep falling in love with the opening song used in this video. I downloaded it and and have been may daily morning song while commuting to work for a year now.
So many people are upgrading from the 6s to the XR, currently waiting for mine this week I hope. My battery percentage on the 6s has gone down to 73% and I charge it 4 times a day so it can survive, it’s a mess. I can’t wait to have a healthy battery that lasts a day, that’s really the most important thing to me 😂
That’s exactly how I was w few weeks ago. It feels so good to have your phone last the whole day. I actually even got the apple battery case for my xr and I love it so much. I don’t have to worry about my phone dying at all now. If you get a battery case, I recommend getting a fast charger so you aren’t stuck charging for like 4 hours

Kat The Artist (Empress Libra) the adjustment really wasn’t that hard I actually really dig the tap to wake but now I find my self doing it to the iPads at work which doesn’t work lol the phone can recognize you in the dark but it doesn’t always work for me

How's the battery life?
@@umairasghar2026 Pretty good. It can last up to 31 hours (standby) in one charge with its 3100mAh battery. Average use? 8 hours of battery life, and it's Not the greatest but still long enough to use for an "average use", it's decent and battery life seems good. Still an improvement from my old S8.

It has been a month since I started using my iPhone XR and the experience has been awesome. Excellent battery life, smooth operating system, and most of all, dual Sim functionality are the best features of this iPhone.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share some good news with you all. Let's just put it this way, the Ten Commandments are called the Moral Law. Ask yourself this. How many lies have you told? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you ever used God's name in vein? Have you ever hated someone or ever looked with lust? This is for you to judge yourself, but chances are that you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, fornicating, adulterer at heart and you HAVE to face God on judgement day. Now ask yourself this. If God judges you on judgement day by these Commandments, will you be innocent or guilty? Of course you'll be guilty because we've all done these things. The truth is that none of us are good people and we NESD God's grace to make it to heaven. We judt simply cannot do it on our own. These Commandments arecalled the Moral Law. You and I broke the law, Jesus payed the fine. So now what we must do to be saved is to repent of our sins and trust alone in Jesus Christ! To repent doesn't mean to just say I'm sorry, but to turn from our sins and let Him truly be our Lord continually. He said that many will say to Him, Lord, Lord I have done all of these things for you. And He will say I never knew you. Depart from Me, ye who work iniquity! And those will be cast into outer darkness and raging hellfire and loneliness for all of eternity!!! Because we broke His law, He is very, very just to send us to hell. If someone had murdered 4 people and said to the judge, I've done nice things too and have tried to treat people nice but it was just one time, the judge would then say, okay but you're going to jail. And the judge is very just to do that. One last thing, if you were 10,000 feet in the air and you had to jump, you wouldn't jump out and flap your arms and try to save yourself. That's ridiculous! You would put on the parachute. It is the same with Jesus. You must trust Him as you trust the parachute. We are not good and we cannot save ourselves with our own goodness. We must trust alone in Him to save us. In just a moment of time you can pass from death to life. Jesus said, "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again." That is how we enter heaven. Through the blood and grace of Jesus Christ!!!!✝️If you ask someone how to enter Heaven, they will most likely say, "Be a good person." Well the Bible says that none is good, no not one. We like to compare ourselves to guys like Hitler and say, "Hey, I'm a pretty good guy compared to him." But when we compare ourselves to God's standard, we realize that the Bible speaks truth when it says that we all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God!!! When we see this ( our sin in its TRUE light), we see how much trouble we are in and we say, "Well then there's nothing I can do. I'm going to hell for sure then." It's true that there is nothing that WE can do, but there is something that has already been done for you! God sent His One and Only Son to die on a cross as a sacrifice for our sins! So to recieve that eternal sweet sweet forgiveness, all we must do is repent of our sins (meaning to continually turn from them and confess them) and trust alone in Christ as you trust a parachute. If I was to push you out of an airplane, you'd want the parachute for sure! Don't try to flap your arms and save yourself, trust in the parachute! His finished work on the Cross IS ENOUGH!! He is the only way to Heaven, He said it Himself!! These other religions teach that we must he good and do good things and then maybe if we've been good enough, we will enter Heaven. But if that is true then we are all doomed to eternal hell because none of us are good. That's why this makes sense. Look at the Ten Commandments, they are written on your heart right now!! I promise that you have violated them. And you might still be doing that today. Therefore God is just to poor out His wrath on us because we deserve it!! But Christ died for us so that we can spend eternity in Heaven with Him! Turn to Him today, and He and only He will save your soul "Verily, verily I say unto you, you must be born again ( to go to Heaven)."✝️The true joy of Christ dwells in me!!! Does it in you? I know where I'm going when I die! Do you? I have an ETERNAL victory! Do you? I have more joy than ever because of what Christ has done. I have been down both roads. The road of the wicked and the road of Christ. Christ is way better and my cup runneth over with true joy and salvation. If you do not know the One true God and are not sure of your salvation, I promise He will never fail you. Turn to Him in repentance and faith. Repent means to confess and forsake your sins, never turning back to them. I tried changing on my own but I couldn't. It took the power of Christ on the inside of me to do it for me. He will give you a new and clean heart with new and clean desires and you shall be born again. A new creation in Christ Jesus!! Hallelujah!!! Jesus said in order to enter the Kingdom of God, you must be born again! Thank you Lord Jesus!✝️
I think it's really interesting how many people are upgrading from 6s to XR, like for some reason everyone is ready to make that jump. I was really nervous about losing the home button, but it turns out it's really easy to get used to.

I think with XR’s the “clear cases” are much popular because the phone already has color. And I have coral . I just upgraded from the 6splus, and I think most people who get xr are people from the six 😂😂😂

I have to admit I am a STRONG BIG TIME Samsung fan and have enjoyed my S9 Plus for a long time now. BUT I got an I Phone XR as a gift and though "what the hell" lets give it a try. I have to admit it! This is a great phone. Screen is sweet the actions are smooth and fast. It looks great and feels more high quality in every way than my Samsung S9. I hate to have to admit it. Even though every technical fact should point me towards saying that the XR sucks.... BUT it just does not. It is a cool, fast great phone. Plus the screen size is PERFECT and the battery goes forever!!!!!! My S9 battery died in 4 hours. On this thing I am getting into day two on ONE CHARGE..... So BOTTOM LINE the XR rocks. This is my review NOT based on technical specifications. But pure user experience.... TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS......

Dude, before I bought my XR I was about to buy Xiaomi Mi 9T. But Im a clumsy person and I can’t find hard case for Mi 9T. So decided to get XR, otterbox case to go with it. Already drop it few times, it’s al good.

I went from a somehow super slow and laggy iPhone 6 with a broken home button, to an iPhone XR. I freakin love it! I could see why people might not like it if they had like an iPhone 8 previously or whatever, but for my upgrade, this phone is amazing!
Voidage omg same! the phone i’m using right now is a used iphone 6 that the home button doesn’t work, it’s slow and laggy, cracked and the battery is extremely worn out. it literally dies after 30 min at 30% then it come back after an hour at 10%. im getting an iphone XR for my confirmation next week and i’m super excited to get rid of my trashy 6 right now.

The 4x4 MIMO tech which enables gigabit LTE speeds on the Xs isn't just for reaching ridiculous speeds. It helps in all situations, especially weak signal scenarios where it can be the difference between no working data at all and a few Mbps. Even if the tower doesn't have 4x4 MIMO there's still a benefit, just not as much as if both the phone and tower had it.

Umair Khalid same, but lets be real - practically ALL of the reviews say exactly the same on the new iPad Pro - it’s an amazing technological beast, but software holds it back.
Apple will never give it a proper laptop OS as that will seriously damage their Macbook sales. So it’s a slam dunk of a product for niche professionals, and an overpriced one for everyone else.
@@chonkiboii I do think a lot of tech review people want the same thing; laptop-replacement, but that's not what everybody else wants. Me personally think of it as a extended helper/tool for my work as it's making my life more productive.
However, the iPad was never set out to replace the laptop. Same thing how the iPhone was never going to replace the laptop, even tho both phones and tablet nowadays has equivalent performance to a laptop and a lot of the functionality.
All these three devices has it's own strength and weaknesses, it mostly depends if the tablet is suited for you or not. I personally would be fine with a Workstation at home and a Tablet on the go. But many of my friends go with the largest powerful Laptop they can and a very large phone.
I remember when the iPhone Appstore was new and it got spreadsheet software, it was so terrible because of the 'small' screen, but as a overall phone and music player the iPhone was great because of the 'large' screen at the time. Interesting how things develop over time^
My thing is about all these new iPhone line ups is that it's so expensive, they could have used a different processor used in the X and made it so that the color line up stayed the cheaper phone, because this price point is still flag ship stand point, apple isn't even really selling as much as they used to and Android has completely taken over the market at this point, I don't think apple is going anywhere they have too much money but the only innovation that we have really seen recently from apple is the notch, there are phones coming out that can charge your phone using wireless charging, that's amazing, I don't know what apple is going to do besides make everything more expensive but I can barely justify my note 9 purchase that was around 1300 bucks but there is no way you can justify buying an iPhone XS Max just because spec and feature wise they're on completely different levels due to productivity.
