@@raghuvanshluthra317 If it’s not done properly, you might find some air bubbles appear and sometimes the wrap can start to peal on edges and corners. Apart from that, nothing too major.
I got one of those drawers and the other one was a storage unit. Wrapped alcantara inside of them for a soft touch to em. They have good space and look dope too.
Bro you GOTTA have the subtitles go all the way through the short. Especially if you’re gonna say a word like LAGKAPTEN. That took like 20 minutes of guessing
I use this exact desk but the top was black and I found a desk with only 3 legs so me and my dad took off the other leg where the mising was one was used the one of the drawers to hold it up and it fits perfectly.
Clean setup. But go with the Karlby countertop instead (solid wood - no particle fillings - **EDIT: Has particle fillings but laid out in a different pattern) - it'll help against sagging. I have had 3 CRTs on the 98x1 1/2 for the past 2.6 years, so far so good.
The karlby is particle board like most mass produced desk tops. What its not is a honey comb filling, like the linnmon, which is basically cardboard with air gaps..
Had this table for about 2 years and it’s now coming apart, like the honeycomb material is starting to lose it’s strength and dents in the table are now noticeable but it was good while it lasted.
I just want a desk that is strong and won't bend down, my current desk is bending down so much, Every desk on amazon looks so cheap. I just want one that looks like the ikea desk but is much stronger
I want to buy the wider "Lagkapten" version but it has an extra support leg in the middle that puts me off, also from the pictures, it appears that the leg is in the exact center of the desk instead of the back edge near where your wall would be. I wish the top piece was stronger and don't need the middle leg
I might be too late but, you can install the support leg in the back aswell. The support leg is kinda needed even with the smaller desk, as people have reported their linnmon starting to warp and sag over time, even with single monitor setups. If you really don't want to use the support leg, you could buy an anti sag bar under the table top or just get a stronger one like karlby. (Even the Karlby will sag if you get the 98'' one.)
@@danielpinto5944 It should be fine, but it depends on your setup. If you have triple monitor setup I would consider something to support it. It doesn't have to be a leg, there are also anti-sag bars that you just screw under the tabletop.
Guys I prefer getting a countertop instead, much much more thicker and won’t start bending from all the heavy heavy stuff most of all would be using for the gaming desk
tbh the desk is rlly nice but the linmon desktop is not solid its like cardboard filling on the inside my monitor clamp made a whole in the desk and they fell threw lol
I use those exact drawers. Highly recommend. I used a sheet of plywood and vinyl wrapped it for the desktop. Turned out astonishing
Hey, Have u seen any drawbacks of vinyl wrapping it yet?

I'm about to do this, but with the Karlby worktop, 186cm wide desk is maybe overkill, but I really like the walnut top
I swear, I could probably hide a body in those drawers. They got so much space
just why bro.. why

Yep every damn thing they sell is particle board. Cheap shit that cost a lot of money.
that's so expensive compared to Linmon or Lagkatptan

Not yet but i Will be ordering one in a few days
i been looking at a standup desk and put one alex drawer under
I’ve got the same desk but it has only 1 set of drawers
so are yall just balancing the countertop on the drawers or how is it secured there?
I just got a whole desk from IKEA 1 day ago. I love it so far
how do you keep the counter to stick to the drawers without slideing
Nice wallpaper
I just bought that same desk ,but instead of the Alex drawers I used the legs they sell
I have the exact same desk with specs thanks you have me a clean desk idea

i just did yesterday

How do you make the table stay on the drawers
the delivery is too expensive from ikea
Yo!, can you link the stuff here, I can’t seem to find the right size and I’m looking for something like yours, thank you😊

what did you use to stop it from moving around?
Which company is the mouse pad used please tell me
Is that desktop 140x60??
link for table top ?
What do you use for the lights behind the desk, been looking for some
Look up rope lights or anything govee, govee is pretty pricey but they last awhile
what makes the little gap between the drawer and the table top?
what size desktop do i get so the desktop doesn't stick out of the drawers
