As far as counting turns, just run them up all the way and check clearance between tire and wheel well . Back off on the one that’s higher half turn at a time. Way faster
It's ironic. Ford and Ram have these massive wheel wells that'll take 35s easy, 37s with a front level. GM...you gotta start pulling stuff off or lift 'em really high to get the same tires on 'em. Looks good, though. Can't beat American Force wheels with those fat spikes on 'em.
Hey brotha I need your help! I installed my GDP tuning on my deleted ‘16 Silverado 3500HD and now my cruise control will work for about 5 miles then shut off. I called GDP support and they mentioned the brake switch which I replaced with an OEM switch from GM, still the same issue. I NEVER had an issue with my Banks Tuner with emissions on. Have you had ANY issues with your cruise? Any help would be appreciated. It’s getting frustrating because I drive 45 mins. one way to work everyday and tow a dump trailer a lot. Thanks brotha!!!!
I’d say it’s about 10% worse than stock. But I felt the main difference once I installed the wheels and tires. The 4 turns of the torsion keys didn’t make a real noticeable difference. 👍🏻
I have an 2007.5 Duramax…I did this a while back and installed leveling keys along with it…it still won’t fit 35’s and it rides like a fucking tank. It was the worst.
@@FS2S yeah. I definitely needed spacers. It “almost worked.” lol. Even if it did, the ride was so terrible I would switched back. A softer tire might’ve helped too… it I was just pissed at the situation. lol.
Do this and the upper ball joint will fail in six months or less and the truck will ride like shit. lift or level it the correct way don't do what he did trust me.
Im with you on that, I’m not taking a chance with ball joints and rough ride, been there done that. I’m going with a full kryptonite front end and a 6” lift, I’m just here for the tire fitment details
Awesome! Should post a video turning the wheels to see rub!
Great idea!
It gets really close but never touches! I have full lock in both directions!

@@scottireed7747 literally sounds way slower lol.
I also wanted the minimum turns necessary.

what about the rear tires did you have to install spacers

Where did you get the spacer kit
🔥
Thank you! 🥰
Where did you buy those wheels and tires ? I just bought a 2015 3500
@@collinmosher1426 I actually picked them up used from Facebook Marketplace 👍🏼
What’s the offset on the wheels? I want to do 35s on 22” forces -25 offset. I have a 2015 Sierra 2500
I am honestly unsure. The description for the offset just says “dually”
I know it’s a 22x8.25 and I believe all 6 are the same wheel 👍🏻
That bumper and fender difference would bug the shit out of me!!
Then don’t do it 👍🏼
My truck is at the shop right now, the 34's i ordered wont fit because of the rub on the bumper, Do you believe this could work? I have -15 offset
Yes it could definitely help! If you need to you could space out the bumper a little further than I did as well 👍🏼
@@FS2S Turns out they pushed the bumper out around 1½", it looked terrible, im just gonna cut the bumper instead
@@Frederikdavid yeah I wouldn’t push the bumper out more than 3/4”. Any more than that and there will be a huge gap below the grille.
How’s the ride compare to stock?

@@davidwhite410 that’s likely because it’s a completely different body style. Wheel offset also plays a huge part.

Not good adv
What was faster the 6.4 or this truck?
Probably the 6.4 on the hottest tune 😂

@@mitzxx8995 I’ve had this truck setup like this for over 2 years now. I tow with it daily. No issues. Ball joints are fine.
