Guys don’t get that Atlantic salmon. It isn’t wild meaning it’s not from the ocean. Atlantic salmon is farmed raised in a pond fed with pellets. Get wild caught salmon, preferably wild Alaskan sockeye salmon it comes from the ocean which it eats the natural stuff from the ocean like seaweed and kelp. Which creates the sockeye to have high richness in omegas and fatty acids which is what you need. Plus wild Alaskan sockeye is the best tasting, doesn’t taste super fishy if you’re sensitive to fishy tastes.

Chickens are mostly feed grains and other crap which puts them in a higher omgea 6 then omgea 3. It would have been better if he said make sure you get chicken that is organic, not pick up any kind of chicken. Turkey, again is pure meh.. Again they are feed grains and soy and other crap.. As for salmon, never he mentioned to get wild caught, but he didn't mention that. Don't EVER get farm rised fish...but one meat that can beat all 3 of what he should was just grass feed beef.. It’s worth mentioning that if you don’t like fish, don’t force yourself to eat it just cause it’s healthy. There are plenty of other good protein sources, and you should enjoy your nutrition if you’re going to do it for a long time.
