I travel a couple times a month for my corporate job. Often times meal times and locations are out of my control so I tend to be overly prepared and bring lots of my own food with me. This trip was an 8 day trip in Madrid so I packed more than normal. This video shows examples of food I bring with me on my trips to make it easier to maintain a carnivore diet.
I also included how I make dehydrated ribeye's. You could follow this same process with any cut of meat to make your own meat chips and/or jerky.

In Indiana & also in Alaska (Oct/Nov 2022), I had my frozen ice packs confiscated with the option of going out of security & adding the ice packs to a checked bag. Not all TSA staff at all airports are so accommodating. I’ve lost a few of these over the years because it’s hit or miss on this rule.

Ive noticed over the past ''just about'' two years now being fully carnivore. I can deviate a little bit here and there with no issues. Like I can have heavy whipping cream with gums in it and the gums don't bother me if its just like once a month and not a large serving. I can have stevia, I can have 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder with no negative effects. Besides any anti nutrients that's just naturally in cocoa.
I eat literally just beef, pork, salt, water, eggs, butter every day. Once every three months I like to have a small amount ''usually one serving size'' of something off diet. But within guidelines I made myself. Like no seed oils, no veg/fruit or grain. So really I'm just adding some heavy whipping cream, stevia or maybe some almond flour. That's as far as I deviate. So far once every other month or every three months seems okay.

Great video, as always! I have lived in France for 8 years and I travel quite a bit in Europe. I do not know where you are going, but you will find AMAZING cheese in the supermarkets, and wherever you are -- if you have time-- try to find the local outdoor market. Farmers and butchers come with cheeses, butters, and fabulous salamis. Lots of fresh meat, too, but I do not know if you will be cooking. Enjoy your trip.

i checked out those paleo valley sticks. They are made with celery juice and or powder and thus are cured with nitrites in addition to whatever fermentation process they go through. I only really worry about nitrites with cured products that re cooked , like bacon or hot dogs, because studies have shown that high heat is required for nitrosamine formation, which is the carcinogenic compound that occurs in these cured meats (whether cured with sodium nitrite or celery juice). If you can find cured products that have ascorbic acid blended into them studies have found that this antioxidant hinders the formation of nitrosamines when cooked.
