YOU ALWAYS DESERVE TO EAT.
Omg ANOTHER Jo video this week???? We have been spoiled this week ❤❤❤❤
Hope we can keep this upppp!
This is very timely for me. Thank you, Jo.
Currently on Day 18 of trying to eat healthier (controlling portions too) and integrating physical activities by walking or bike riding in the afternoon (when the sun ain't so angry) to lose extra weight.
Worst enemy is really myself. I really need to take 3 and 4 to heart. I oftentimes give myself a hard time for going over my daily calorie budget or when certain macro estimates go over the "healthy" daily intake level or when I "fail" to go on my walks/bike ride even if I had a valid reason.
I always feel like I've already failed cuz i focus on my weight goal so much that I fail to take into account all the positive changes, habits that I've made or developed since I started.
My partner would always remind me to celebrate small wins and remember how I was before I started (overall, not just physically) rather than compare myself to other people who can lose the extra weight easily, especially those who went on a crash diet to quickly get to their "goal."
I wish everyone perseverance and an awesome support system during their journey.
It was always hard for me to find something to motivate me. But for some reason, this video helped me to be motivated. Thanks a lot po.
You're so right, I constantly pressured myself before when I don't workout for at least 30 mins per day, that pressure really gave me a negative mindset that if I don't workout, then I'm not disciplined enough to continue. We really are our worst critics.
Kaya natin 'to, self. ❤️
We really can beeee, and sometimes I don't know where the pressure comes from anymore. But YESS kayaaa
Love this!!! Agree that longevity is the goal! ❤❤❤ The lola doing gymnastics is so inspiring! ❤
DIBAA!! She's rocking itttt
Im having my breakfast again, it means time to watch Ms. Jo videos again as part of my weekend routine hahaha
I'm on my 3rd week of having a work out plan as part of my losing weight journey as an obese and when I began to watch your videos (just recently), I realized that this journey is not all about losing weight but more on making myself feel stronger. I learned to be loyal to myself and give what my body truly needs and wants. Thank you so much, Jo! Your videos are part of my daily routine and you help me to keep going.
We find the goal along the way!!! Proud of you for taking those steps to self care hehe. Let's dooo this!
Thank you for always giving a gentle reminder, Coach Jo 🥺 I used to judge & punish myself whenever I don't see progress right away. Naiinip ako agad. My previous coach told me before na hindi kasi enough yung effort ko kaya walang result. I used to have this mindset that I need to do intense workout to really get the "body that I want" but I wasn't enjoying. Right now, I'm happy that I get to sneak in quick movements after work. I'm still working on finding the right routine.
gosh where have I been? i only discovered your channel now. huhu. thank you for all these. i am honestly coming fr a slump. s hard to get back to the routine especially after that time of the month :(
girl, love this sm!! thank you! 🥺
I needed this reminder so badly. I stopped working out the entire month of March due to change on work sched. I was trying to figure out which time slot works best for me hanggang narealize ko na patapos na ang buwan na ito, since I work GY antok ang ultimate na kalaban ko. Tapos na ang adjustment period ko so by next month back to my normal routine na ulit.
Literally needed this rn 😮 This video came in a perfect time ❤
Yayy!! Kayaaaa
I needed this as someone who’s been trying to “get back on track” 🥺 Btw, Ms. Jo, we need an earring check in ur next vides. 🍩🍩
I wish I knew all of this before I started. After years of dieting and restricting I don`t feel my hunger and satiety cues anymore. It is hard to gauge whether I am overeating or undereating which makes me feel miserable. Do you guys have any tips about this??
Firstttttt. This is so timely as I was really thinking hard about my health these past few days. Thanks for your tips!!!
Yayy! I gotchuuu! Let's dooo thiss
