So glad I found this video ♥️🤗 just tried the chocolate ones and they're so good. My son loves them as well!
I added 3T of freshly ground ginger to my recipe lately. OMGOODNESS….it took the recipe to a new level. It’s part of my recipe now!
Into which recipe? 1st, 2nd or 3rd ?
Just made the first recipe with coco powder and dates...turned out really nice..used half the fat suggested and tastes delicious! ☺️
Amazing ! Thank you for this recipe!
Alternate idea- transfer your date mixture into a baking tray or something flat like that and smooth out the top by pressing it with the bottom part of a glass or mug
Then cut it into squares or diamonds ♦️
Thank you for this recipe, they're so easy to make.
the chocolate almond one is soooo delicious🤤 thanks for sharing!
I love them and can eat them at any time during the day.

I just made the Cocoa & Almond and the Walnut & Cranberry date balls ☺️ they are delicious, great flavour combinations! Great recipe 👍🏻
I have made something similar to this about 2 weeks ago, but I used sugar free raisins instead.. I toasted oats and raisins I blanched the almonds and walnuts in hot water for 5 min or so, then I put everything in a pan to toast, added some cinnamon powder, raw and organic cocoa powder, vanilla, peanut butter and coconut oil. No salt or sugar added. Then mixed them in a blender. It was sooo soo yummy!!
Amazing Nice thanks for sharing

What's the option for maple syrup. Where I stay I don't get it much.

Does anyone know if they KitchenAid mini food processor would work for us
Is it possible to use soaked walnuts, soaked almonds for easier processing?
Yes
Could you let me know what kind of food processor you use? I struggle with getting the dates fully chopped up
Can I replace coconut oil with the regular one or olive oil? I don’t know if the taste will be any different
I was going to ask this. Did you try?
I tried with coldpressed rapeseed oil and it turned out fine
can i not put peanut butter?
What can you use as a substitute for coconut oil in the first recipe?
Sweet Almond oil
Will this work the same with just a regular blender?
It will possibly not be as smooth depending on your blender. Use nut butter instead of whole nuts, that might help.
These look delicious but if I make them they would never see the next day 😩
Hello, how to store them and how long will it last ? Im new to healthy eating 😁 im afraid of wasting food if it turns bad if made too many at once
You can store them up to a week in the fridge

What's the replacement for dates?
You could use dried fruits like figs, prunes or apricots for example. It needs a sweet sticky ingredient. Without it i don't think you would get the needed texture imo.
Orrr.... to get everything to stick together without all the sweetness. I guess (but not 100% sure) you could use chia seeds soaked in water or crushed linseeds also soaked in water. They both get this stickyness wich you could probably use to hold everything together. But you do need to soak them in (preferably cooked) water.
Someone used raisins
👍🌺👍🌺👍🌺
This is a chipluk recipe of an indian lady
I added cannabis .
SUUPER ...............

Good video but please stop with this cancerous music
Hahah i was thinking the same
Coconut oil is full of saturated fats FFS this is the opposite of a healthy snack
You've been misinformed. Coconuts contain MCTs, a healthy saturated fat. Not all are bad
