    Hey Dr. Li. Thanks for all the great info! I am loving your interviews and videos. Being a foodie, I say yes to the Mediterranean diet and coffee! Question: Does decaf. coffee(or half), have the same benefits as regular caffeinated coffee?

    If it grows in your country only! I bought a box of kiwi at wh and after removing the paper I found the date that had the paked date and it was 3 weeks old and that wasn't even the date they were picked. Will never buy kiwi again!!

    People aren't supposed to eat yogurt because it's dairy and dairy is Cow's milk and Cow's milk is meant for baby cows.How ever if you eat yogurt it should be fat free yogurt
