Wow, you are incredible! I need to do exactly what you did with taking notes, with names, time, and dates.... It would have helped me with issues I had with my bank which caused me to have to miss my consulate appointment!!!
Thanks for telling this story! When you first made the appointment with Hector, how far out was the appointment? I'm trying to get an appointment for as soon as possible and wondering if it's worth calling around like you did!
Hi @elindigeno1215 That is so funny that you say that, I initially thought the same thing. Glad I am not alone in my thinking. I can assure you though that, that is the way the Mexican offices have been moving. It has actually been a very seamless process utilizing their WhatsApp automated system for making appointments. Easier than their website. I have made a few via WhatsApp, and am now very comfortable with the process. I hope that helps!
Awesome, it's been a year and I still can't get an appt in a Northern CA consulate... My phone calls have pretty much always been, you need to go to the website to schedule, okay but San Jose CA has not had an appointment available for over a year :)
That sounds about right. Prettyyyyyy frustrating, at times. If you can, I would try other Consulates in different areas and/or different states, if that can be an option for you. Don't give up! You got this Tory!

@@MixedinMexico Not entirely true. Some cities won't allow you if you are not local. But yes many others will. I've finally got one out of state, but NorCal CA is a joke!
