Nice work. About the screw terminal vs pushing in the back thing, you couldn't have pushed it in the back if you had wanted to because you used 12 gage wire. The push in connections will only accept the thinner 14 gage wiring and are limited to 15 amp circuits only.

Good point! It was meant as a general discussion that I always prefer to use the screw terminals rather than the push-in connections
