I'm not an optometrist so I don't know for sure, but it sounds like Karina doesn't have her focal distance measured right? Sounds like the lenses are the right Rx (or close) but not shaped correctly for her focal distance. This is just based on my own experience buying glasses online. Optometrists can add that measurement to your Rx if you just ask. They do want you to buy THEIR frames, but you don't have to and they can't make you. Mine didn't even ask me if I wanted to buy, they just gave me my measurement.

I did that on accident recently, I left whatever the preset was on the website because I didn't know and it was not right, made me feel very subtly crossed-eyed. Your optometrist/ophthalmologist office can measure your PD, probably as a walk in for free. Then you can reorder or exchange your glasses
