I had a game that I was a completely badass Khajit, card carrying member of both the Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood, occasional Daedra worshipper. I just had a soft spot for the kiddos so I adopted two, built a house and then was like...well...now I need a wife to take care of them so I married Camilla Valerius. We had a happy life, until Faendal started showing up. I let it go, but then he started taking up residence and I found him effing SLEEPING IN MY BED WITH MY WIFE. I left, angry, hurt, betrayed. I sought a divorce, but no..not in Skyrim! We are not advanced enough for that, at least not on the Xbox. I considered murdering her, but thought that might be too traumatic for the children. After one more assassin spree for the Brotherhood I return and THEN I found Faendal freaking coming out of my house! It was the last straw. I stalked Faendal through the woods, shot him in the back with an arrow, took all his possessions and left his body in an abandonded cabin. Then I returned to my cheating, awful wife and SOLD her all of Faendal's belongings. The revenge was worth it, but for the rest of the game she was mopey and always had a sad expression.
Camilla was also the first NPC I married when I first played Skyrim. Back then I didn't realize there was a bug with Camilla. I was so frustrated at the time I also shot Faendal with my bow and even captured his soul accidentally. I ended up the selling the black soul gem to my wife not realizing it was actually Faendal's. Anyways because of this bug, I never married Camilla on any of my subsequent playthroughs too bad because she's one of the first person you interact with every time you begin a playthrough.

I always marry Vilkas. I liked the idea of Farkas being 100% supportive of his bro. Not to mention Vilkas wasn't open to the dragon born at first so then you get to go on a sort of character development arc with him, making them ultimately closer.
Haha
Camilla was also the first NPC I married when I first played Skyrim. Back then I didn't realize there was a bug with Camilla. I was so frustrated at the time I also shot Faendal with my bow and even captured his soul accidentally. I ended up the selling the black soul gem to my wife not realizing it was actually Faendal's. I liked him, but I wasnt sold until he mentioned the dad jokes. Those are essential.

Daddy material...for my 2 adopted babies.
also he has belethor's voice actor 🥵 do come back~
Me: Will you marry me?
Serana: No
Mods: I'm gonna do whats called a pro gamer move
One of my favorite play throughs personally was as a Khajiit, marrying Ysolda, and using crafting and the thieves guild to take over the world economically. My other favorite spouse was Muiri. No specific reason why, she just seemed interesting.
Ysolda; if you play it right she can be your Bannered Mare running drug lord.
Thomas Grinnan does she ever get the mare? I’ve never actually seen her get the inn
@@The_Ethereum if the inn keeper dies, she takes over.
AbdulKarim Kawsara oooooh. Neat!
@@wolvesfang271 soo if the inn keeper has a unfortunate accident ;)
I kinda like Hulda, so I let Belethor have an "unfortunate accident" instead, as she will take over his store in that case as well.
Uthgerd hands down:
>Play a Legendary run and delay the main questline (because I'm a puss)
>Still get wrecked several times on the way to Whiterun
>Fml when I realize no dragon tablet, no Breezehome
>Meet Uthgerd and demonstrate domestic abuse proficiency
>Acquire her as a follower and get carried thru my endeavors
>Realize she has a house in Whiterun with safe storage
>Get married at level 5
>Well-rested now 15% on my travels
>Went from being desolate to being carried, sheltered, and fed
>I can indeed stand the sight of a strong Nord woman
I accidentally married the blacksmith in Riften ,I think his name was Balimund?
Real nice guy
Lol accident huh? What happens in Riften stays in Riften eeeeh?
@@BigBazz91 well just for context ,I was doing the Love goddess (I forgot her name) quests (You need to be wearing her amulet to do the quests) so I forgot I had her amulet on ,and I went to his shop ,and I just kept pressing the button and without looking and got into the interaction where he asks you to marry him ,when I looked over it I didn't want to say no ,so I accepted
And that's the story of how My Skyrim Character became Gay
Anis BEng 😂😂😂
Anis BEng omg haha love it. That’s why you should read the texts lol! Well, you could’ve ended up together with someone really bad, so luckily it was ’only’ Balimund.
The kind of same happened to me, I was doing ”The Taste of Death” -quest for the first time, and I just skipped all the dialogues, so I ended up panicing why the heck my character was going to eat the priest lol! Then I just killed all of the cannibals and the priest gave me a big amount of gold and nothing ever happened.
Bailmund
these videos always make me go back to skyrim after months of not playing 💖💖
Taarie: Pls deliver this dress
Me: Ok.
*after getting back*
Me: it’s done.
Taarie: Ok, let’s bang.
For high elfs I like her and nenya lol, but you can't marry nenya
need lvl 70 with investment first
"We'll bang, ok?"
@@gingeta5961 I hated the guts out of those arrogant bastards ever since i stepped foot in their store for the first time. I came into her store with Aldmeri armor on purpose so she would insult her own peoples armor.
@@JH-zs3bs Haha. Nice one! I always enter in the Sparkling Gowns, so she'd insult her own handiwork!
"keep an eye on the guy we're told not to worry about"
*Pulls out mace*
Rory Donaldson yes we saw that
I laughed so hard at that bit
*First girl is beautiful and sounds Russian*
*she also hates evil*
Me: *sweating from trying to pick pocket everyone I meet including her*
Her accent is norwegian.
Smartass time, her accent is Nord.
@@BierBart12 You mean "nordic"?
Sounds more icelandic/faroese to me
@Brisdad53 Are you sure?
Fun Fact : Sorex Vinius was voiced by Stephen Russell who also voiced Nick Valentine (FO4), Codsworth (FO4) and Corvo Attano (Dishonored series)
"Dozens upon dozens of NPCs are available as candidates for marriage"
Shows an NPC that can't be married.
Vivienne Onis was originally supposed to be marriable, but is not so in the game.
Brynjolf and Serana were my top picks when I played for the first time and I was so disappointed I couldn't marry any of them
Ikr...
Literally every npc I was even remotely interested in marrying my character to was unavailable as a spouse 😕 my Dragonborn is forever stuck in the friend zone lmao
Yup, no khajiits or Delvin Mallory. I don't want Aela or Lydia or Mjoll. There are very few good marriage candidates so I am currently considering Farkas. Would love to marry into a khajiit caravan though but I have PS3 so no mods for me. 😭
Me too. I've only started playing Skyrim for the first time recently and I was very disappointed when I learned you couldn't marry Brynjolf. I genuinely don't unederstand why they aren't marriage candidates. There are some allusions that they might be into the Dragonborn but nope lol. So then I was like, well I'm going to marry a thieves guild member but... still nope.
Most of the mariable npc are super bland.
With modding
Now you can
If you a modder like myself
Always wished that I could've married a certain *STRONG NORDWOMAN*
She's secretly fucking the greymane who welcomes you outside the one shop
@@Fenris2 What kind of incestry is going here.
@@Fenris2 That guy you mean is not Graymane but Battleborn lol. She's Graymane. :]
"What's a matter? Can't stand the sight of a strong nord woman on STRONG NORD CRACK?!"
Mjoll: "I want to stop the corruption of the Thieves Guild and the Black Briars."
Me: "Okay, I'm really solid on one of those things... but you seem to forget that I'm a Thief."
Mjoll: *Draws hammer* "What did you steal?!"
Me: "Your heart."
So weird hearing Sorex, with his voice being much deeper than his dad's.
I REALLY wished to marry Angi, she's a badass Archer that took revenge for her parents and lives in a cabin outside Falkreath but she's still sweet and dedicated enough to teach you how to use the bow properly.
I'm sure she'd be a lovely mother
Yo she was my top pick but you can't
I was at 73 archery when i discovered her, got to 76 by shooting 3 arrows. I was like "hmmm, ok I'll leave now since that's kinda... A cheap way to level up"
Nobody touches Lydia for No.1 She knows when to range with a bow and put the stick in them, and then bust out the sword and board and hack em down. I sometimes stand back, just to watch her work she is so glorious. Runs a profitable side business, while being a great cook. Nothing more I need in a Nord woman.
@Redheaded Stranger Only a few times for me then with mod after marriage it was "Yes sweetie what would you like me to carry" or just "Yes my love"
She can walk in air as well for some odd reason...
She also uses staves. I always give her conjuring staves plus me a bow conjurer, I have an army with me.
@@blacktothepinkwereprettyan2582 Yeah, had to remove one she picked up once, because, I just love her hack and slash more.
And she sworn to carry your burden 😂
I always choose either Ysolda or Muiri, they both start their own stores and I'm not a fan of followers (I prefer sneaky archery, and then blowing everything up with magic if I'm found out. Sneaking and explosions are 2 things the NPC AI isn't that great at dealing with)
Sylgja in shors stone is another good non follower wife
There’s a black book that keeps magic from hurting followers
I'm just bummed out due to not being able to mary any Kajhit.
What... it's not possible? ;-;
@@beutechan nope, you sadly cant marry any Kajhit. ;-;
It might be possible with mods/hacks/console commands, but not with vanilla skyrim.
@@TheRubyFox Owwww :/ sadly I play on the PS4 and can't use those (as far as I know)
And there I was with my masterplan of playing as an Argonian and dating a Khajiit because those two races are awesome!
The Kajhits get no love ☹
