WTF. Are you serious? I have never heard of that before. You should make a video. I have not seen anybody on social media who is like that. That would be a viral video.
the muscle ups shown in this video are not clean though... should have legs straight and fixed hip angle through the entire rep. One +40-50% bodyweight pullup should give you a truly clean MU
Try deloading for a week to allow your body to recover, and focus on weak points like grip strength or explosiveness off the bar by doing dead hangs or plyometric pull-ups
Nicely done
Training dips are very important too, not just pull ups.
This is important when you get your chest over the bar as you should be able to press your body weight
Actully i can do 1 clean muscle up but i cant do 10 pull ups
It varies from person to person
10 pull ups = 1 muscle up is bro science. Obviously, if you can't do a pull up, you won't be able muscle up, but they are different movements.

@@theymademepickaname1248 who tell you 10pull up = 1 MU , just train your fcking MU
@@jakemccoy yes , you just need train your MU , pullup just a basic for MU not mean you need do 10 pull up for 1 MU
Cool.... I recommend pullups with one or two 45lb plates if you really want some strength
Weighed pull ups are probably the best way of building strength for pull ups
😊 OK! I WILL TRY
I can do 1 pull up and 1/10 of a muscle up. That ratio still stands

I’ve been stuck at 9 for 2 months now :/

@@Dennis06 hmm, will try that, but rest days are the hardest XD, gonna take everything i got to rest for an entire week
during a deload, you don't need to stop training completely it's about reducing the training volume to allow for recovery while still being active
3pullup=1muscle up😂
10 pull ups was the tipping point where I could squeeze out a decent muscle up
@@Dennis06 I can do 20parallel bar dips they r same as muscle up but pullups only 15 in set🤣🤣🤣
