    Cary kolat is wrestling wizard, he can pick any dumb wrestler from crowd and turn him into Olympic level material.

    Great work. So important to teach wrestlers to get into that ball of fury position then get the hips pointed down to recover in the referees position. We had two scary injuries this year where wrestlers attempted to brace themselves from a mat return by only extending an arm to the mat. So important to get the hips around and down. Like a cat landing on its feet.

    You can turn that into a kimura / chicken wing in submission wrestling!

    Yeah, it’s pretty fun to like on that sit out but I actually keep that arm and I work on flattening the guy out and then if I keep the arm I can roll through and rip the shoulder right out of the socket. That’s a Jujitsu move that’s moving past Wrestling.

      @@KOLATCOM there’s so many moves in wrestling that you can turn into jujitsu moves if you know how to do it like I said, I do a sit out the arms across my waist. When I sit out, I can grab the leg, grab the arm and then when I sit out, I break his arm.

      @@KOLATCOM and that’s what I’ve been doing for like 34 years about just trying to figure out how to do that with Judo and with my Wrestling Into Jujitsu

    So will you alway be going to the side the opposite the opponents head or does it matter

    • @KOLATCOM
      @KOLATCOM  Рік тому +2

      You will capture the waist hand and turn away from that to go under the arm. Opponents head position is not an issue.
