So ive got no gym or academy that would do wrestling not one on the island. I started practicing and soon felt that i do certain movements quite nice. But id like to perhaps shoe a vid of me practicing to some experienced wrestler so he could tell me how well am i doing for just 2 weeks of practice. Dont get me wrong 2 weeks are nothing but i need a valid opinion
what resistance level would be the best for wrestling? I am about to buy one but have no clue what the resistance should be
Depend on your weight. If your an adult athlete you can choose or the light or the middle weight Dopa band 🙏

@@bardandhakal7300 It's very good for wrestling yes. But it may be to hard if you are not an athlete. Middleweight is recommended to adult wrestlers.

good exercises thank you, but the last exercises and touching other men is not my thing. That's the main reason I stopped wrestling when I was a kid, I felt disgusted touching other sweaty guys. I prefer to touch women
