    Love the return, really one of the best moves to master for self-defense honestly -maybe more than the Double-Leg.

    Do you have to try to turn him over in the air by using your arms or does it just happen

    Question does it matter if the short arm is facing up or down?

      Yep. ‘Up’ more secure. Same as he shows. Try both… you’ll feel it easier to keep the grip when opponent pushing down to separate your hands.

    Why does everyone mat return the opponent to his belly, why not to his back? Is that illegal/potentially dangerous?
