@@jfc_666 yeah you do have to jerk your arms back a bit when you have him in the air to make him lay out like that.
@@RedHornet980 what do you mean by back? Like the opposite direction he's facing or back towards myself?

Question does it matter if the short arm is facing up or down?
Yep. ‘Up’ more secure. Same as he shows. Try both… you’ll feel it easier to keep the grip when opponent pushing down to separate your hands.
Short arm up is best.
Why does everyone mat return the opponent to his belly, why not to his back? Is that illegal/potentially dangerous?
How would you do that? I think anatomically this is the most powerful
