Just loved this one. I love snow scenes. Some people think they are cold but I think of being warm by the fire with a pot of chili cooking & banana bread baking.
I love my Sunday morning breakfast with your watercolor tutorial! ☕️ When you said torch it, instead of heat drying gave me a chuckle. I envisioned you saying , oh let's start over and lighting a match to it. 😅 The sky and backgroundcame out great and I love the roofs too. I envisioned aview from the road looking up over where a snowplow had gone by that's why the brown marks were there like it had picked up some dirt. Then you put in the grass and it changed my whole perspective. Love this painting.
Hi Julia, I would love to know, do you have an image just in your head before you start or where do you get your picture composition from? I love the way you show us every aspect of your painting as I’m still very new at it, but you always seem to know what’s going where! Where does the picture come from at the beginning in your process? Just love the snowy pictures. thank you so much for sharing your work. Caron x Coventry, England.
Merci pour cette vidéo très intéressante et bien expliquée car je suis débutante pour mon plaisir personnel. C est vraiment magnifique. Bonjour de la France ❤
Love it and thank you as always for the inspiration you share with us 😊 can I ask what brush you are using? I have the other brushes you use but was interested in the one you were mostly using here.
Yes thank you what is the number of this wood brush please, if there is one. I can’t locate the brush in your tools description unless I’m not seeing. Thank you so much for all your inspiration.
UGH I forgot to write it in the description like I always do and I deleted the screenshot! If anyone can figure it out, please reply here so I can write the lovely persons username!
I hope you all enjoy this winter watercolor painting tutorial!

Sometimes I have an image in my head, sometimes I have a reference, sometimes my painting ends up looking very different than my reference :)
Your humming reminded me of Scout, of To Kill a Mocking Bird, as she was going through her cigar box of keep sakes. Great memory.😍
:)
This is beautiful 😍 thanks Julia
Thank you!
Loved this one! You had me singing, "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" after watching it! :)
I'm all for Christmas music my friend but BRING ON SUMMER!!!

So nice ❤

Thank you. Curious what that clear plastic is that you have under your watercolor paper?
Just some plastic that was a cover for packaging...basically garbage.
What size paper do you use in this tutorial? I love your work!
Something like 3x4 I think?
@@JuliaLisArt Thanks! I've been trying to follow along, but I'm using larger paper and my proportions are sometimes out of whack.
What is the name of the brush that you use at the end for the fine grasses? Thank you so much for another wonderful tutorial❤
The brand is Grabie!
What brand is the wooden handles brush ?
Grabie
Thank you for the video. Can you please share the name of the artist you mentioned in the beginning of the video? I can’t figure out how to spell it.
UGH I forgot to write it in the description like I always do and I deleted the screenshot! If anyone can figure it out, please reply here so I can write the lovely persons username!
You said Alexi shesco?, not sure about the spelling though. Couldn't find anything without correct spelling.
