Definitely liked the second fence better. I love how you make your corrections! I sometimes wish I could actually see which colors you are mixing to get the colors on your paintings, but then I wouldn't be able to see such a close-up of your work, which I love. Your mom's phone call had me chuckling! I may attempt this one, but I think it is beyond my current skill level. Thanks for doing what you do!
I tried showing my pallet in some future tutorials, we'll see what you guys think! I think you should give it a go even if you think its beyond your skill level - you might surprise yourself.
Hi Julia thanks again for another great tutorial! I love your style, honesty and how you work through your projects ,even if it means changing or correcting them ! I believe we learn so much from those corrections on how to work through the process of all the stages of watercolour, I always look forward to your tutorials !🙏🏻🥰
Not sorry to say that I'm glad you didn't like your first fence. I'm fairly new to watercolor, and feel confident in continuing to practice given that mistakes can happen. I have followed several of your tutorials, and love learning from you. A genuine thanks.
I love this video, definitely going to attempt this. You are such a great artist, you're real. You make a mistake and work with it, and it turns out perfect. Great job. I always look forward to seeing your art.
Omg when I heard you say" I hate this" you got my attention, and wiped the whole fence out. Wow😮 but your painting came out great! Thanks for showing that part. I have done the same thing too
I love how honestly you judge your painting. And I feel I learn so much as you correct your mistakes. I thought that painting turned out beautifully. When you say you add brown, what brown are you using? Have a great one and thanks for sharing.
Hi, Julia!! Thank you for the stunning artwork again. I have a question: can you please zoom out so we can see you mix the paints? It will help us determine what you are trying to make and we will not have to wait for you to apply the paint onto the paper, then pause the video and mix the color, paint and then play the video until the next color, pause, mix our color to something similar, paint, then start the video, then pause. I usually watch your videos 2 or 3 times to make sure I have an idea of how you compose your work, but I am still having problems determining how much paint to carry on my brush. I always end up with too much color and I have to remove and I end up with overworked paper. I am just trying to learn here and since I am housebound, I cant get to any classes. And the video classes help, but I want real time classes so I can ask a question. Thank you for all.of your videos. I do your tutorials again and again because my family and friends love the results and ask for them. I then make another one for myself! You are one of the best out there, thank you!!
Very nice of you - I don't have a wide angle lens so it would be difficult to zoom out. Then it would be harder to see what I'm painting. Perhaps I should host a live class for a limited # of students once a month or something.
I hope you all enjoy another watercolor landscape tutorial!
I'm binge-watching your tutorials! All of them are great and very inspiring. Plus you're a great daughter!!! ❤
Thank you so much!

I get this comment a lot - I'm glad!
I love that you make mistakes and have to do a save. I learn from that too!
I'm glad!
I love you left the mistakes in. I feel more confident now. You turned this around beautifuly

I'm always happy to show my mistakes - as long as they work out in the end LOL

I appreciate that Cheryl. I don't have the color names. I manipulate them with black anyway.
