As we all know family of Capsicum frutescens chilies are very hot with having nice smell.in sri lanka these chilies are commonly use in daily foods..specially when preparing dishes should have some hot taste such as frying a fish,dry fish curry..etc.'kochchi sambolaya' is one of the most delicious dish that can be made by using capsicum while eating cassava and boiled jack fruit.
Plant of these chilies doesn't require any special treatments..it grows very easily..and economically it has a good value in the market..not only the economic value but also it has got lots of nutritional value.capsicum contains vitamin C and A,Calcium,magnesium and iron.also it helps to rebuild of tissues,helps to digestion,good for respiratory system,good for healthy skin,controls blood pressure and more..
So here you have lots of valuable from the nature.finally as i always say get closed to the nature.live this small life as a great human until death.May tripple gems bless you.

අපේ ගෙදර මට මතක ඇති කාලේ ඉදන් එක එක වර්ගෙන් කොච්චි තිබුනා.සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ගමේ ගෙදරක කොච්චි ගස් දෙක තුනක් නැති වෙන්නෙ නෑ.ලොකුවට සාත්තු කරන්න ඕන නැති වගාවක්.හග පුරවලා කොච්චි හැදුනම, සුදු පාට රතු පාට කහ පාට දම් පාට.. මල් ගස් වගේම ලස්සනයි.කොච්චිනම් නානාප්‍රකාර වර්ග තියෙනවා.ලොව වටා විසිරුනු මේ කොච්චි පවුලේ සාමාජිකයින් සිය ගණනක් ඉන්නවා.ඒත් අපේ ගෙදරනම් තියෙන්නෙ ඒ වර්ග වලින් කිහිපයක් විතරයි.බැදුම් වලට දැම්මම අම්මෝ... හරිම රසයි.. මන්‍යොක්කා බතල කොස් පිට්ටු එහෙම කන්න හදන කොච්චි සම්බෝලේ... ඒ විතරක්යෑ.. කරවල හොද්දට එහෙම කොච්චි යහමින් දාලා ගත්තම කොස් හට්ටියටම උනත් වැඩේ දෙතැහැකි නේද?😁😍
මට කියන්නකෝ ඔයාලා කොච්චි ගැන මොනවද දන්නේ.. 'කොච්චි සැරයි' එච්චරයිනේ?...එතකොට ඒවගේ ගුණ?ඒ ගැනත් මං පොඩි විස්තරයක් කියන්නම්කෝ.කොච්චිවල ඉහල විටමින් සී ප්‍රමාණයක් අඩංගු වෙනවා.ඒ වගේම විටමින් ඒ,කැල්සියම් ,මැග්නීසියම්,යකඩ වගේ පෝශකත් අඩංගු වෙනවා.ස්වසන රෝග වැලැක්වීම.පටක අලුත්වැඩියාව.ආහාර ජීර්ණය පහසු කිරිම.ආහාර රුචිය වැඩි කිරීම.සම රැක ගැනීම.රුධිර පීඩනය ක්‍රමවත් කිරීම.වගේ දේවල් නිතර කොච්චී ආහාරයට ගැනීමෙන් අපිට ලබාගන්න පුලුවන් ප්‍රයෝජන තමයි.එතකොට ඇයි මේ ගැස්ට්‍රයිටිස් කිය කිය කොච්චි කන්න එපා කියන්නේ?අපේ සීයාලා ආච්චි අම්මලානම් අගේට කොච්චි කෑවා.ඔය කියන කිසිම ලෙඩක් හැදුනා කියලා අහලාවත් නෑනේ.උන්දැලට ඉහෙන් බහින ලෙඩකුත් නෑ ඒ කාලේ.මට තේරෙන විදියටනම් අපේ තියෙන්නේ වැරදි ආහාර පුරුදු.ගෙදර තියෙන කොච්චි ගහේ වටිනකම කඩෙන් ගේන මිරිස් වලට වඩා ගොඩාක් වැඩියි කියලා ඉස්සර මිනිස්සු හොදට දන්නවා.ඒ වගේම ගමේ ගෙවල්වල ලොකු පොඩි කියලා වෙනසක් නෑ.හැමෝම කන්නේ එකම කෑම.ඉතිං පොඩි කාලේ ඉදන්ම පොඩි අය සැරට කන්න හුරුයි.අමුතුවෙන් ලොකුවෙලාම සැරට කන්න හුරුවෙනවා කියලා එකක් නෑ.ඒත් දැන් ගෙවල් වල එහෙම නෑ.පොඩි එක්කෙනාට වෙනම හදනවා.ලොකු අයට වෙනම හදනවා.ඉස්සරයි අදයි ආහාර පුරුදු වල ඉදලා සම්පූර්ණ ජීවන රටාව තුලම ලොකූ වෙනසක් තියෙනවා.ඒක හරියට අහසයි පොලවයි වගේ.ඉස්සර මිනිස්සු හරි සරලයි.පරිසර හිතකාමියි.ඒ නිසා ලෙඩත් අඩුයි.ඒත් දැන්?දුකයි මටනම් ගොඩක් 😥

I grew up this way too. Paddy, pepper, cinnamon, banana, pineapple, mango, papaya, anoda, date, jackfruit, various vegetables, rabton and mongoose, various jambu...we never get to find them in European supermarkets back home. However, except for a few incidents, my childhood was a dream. This girl's videos help me to share to my European friends and show a similar nature. There I really appreciate their video, it should be a product of the company. However, video quality standards are maintained. Almost everything is taken from our immediate environment. The middle class people in Sri Lanka are content with what they have. No western style materialistic life can compare with them. The main thing is that they breathe clean air and eat naturally grown organic food. That's why videos like this bring back the nostalgic feeling of "my own teenage years". Today my parents are in heaven, but the beautiful memories with them will live on in our hearts forever.
