@@kft It is fantastic that on your website, people chose at the beginning of the podcasts "La Cathédrale Engloutie" of Claude Debussy. I used to play this piece. It is the story of something (a mythic city) which is engulfed, and then, come out, and be engulfed again. This choice is beautiful.
When as a young adult I was awakened to the religious trauma of my youth, I became determined to find "essence" - some sort of truth stripped completely of both ritual & cultural trappings as well as categorization (eg, psychological, spiritual or religious). It's been 35 years and an almost impossible quest, but here JK validates what I have discovered deep in the Upanishads, Buddha's teachings and the writings of all true mystics ...which I could paraphrase as: "the only truth is your direct experience... don't take our word for it, we just say what's worked for us... go find out for yourself... in fact, you have to find out for yourself, or it isn't true 'essence' or Truth". This realization has helped a great deal in my healing.
