Awsm job. I’ve also heard a variant of Michael’s rule for phals but it’s slightly different in that it’s the 3:3 ratio, being 3 leaves / 3 roots.
None of my phals have ever thrown me a keiki so I have no experience but I’ll cheer your little guy on from the East 💚❤️

I think at least two leaves and at least three roots minimum 2 inches (5 cm) is a good rule of thumb for Phal keikis. Less than that and I've not had much success with them. Sometimes they will grow really long roots before that second leaf and it can be a real pain potting them up because they do not bend at all.
Thank yo Michael. A local grower here suggested to me to use packing peanuts and string to "train" the roots to grow more how you want them. Seemed a bit fiddly to me.

Aww, thanks Steve. Belated Happy New Year to you too. I might hear something come monday on the job interview. I wasn't really looking, but, a company contacted me and I thought it wouldn't hurt to see what they have to offer.
Is there any harm if you leave it attached? I have a mini phal which has 11x Keikis, which are roughly the same size as yours, however they have all produced flower spikes so I’ve been reluctant to touch it.
I don’t think there’d be any issues with leaving them be. I’d definitely wait until they are done flowering before removing them
