i feel like when Hannah shows parts of her house, i don’t even notice the messes behind her. Like it’s normal for a house to have a little bit of a mess so it doesn’t stand out to me. I love that even when Hannah feels her house is a mess, she still welcomes us in! Love this series🤍

To fry the “bananas” you need to use Yellow plantain for it to work, take really ripe yellow plantain cut it about 1 inch and fry them till Golden brown, regular bananas will NOT work. Update*** for people saying it works with bananas I understand that particular one is more on the dessert side. Plantains are more savory and so good with this recipe.

My grandma used to let the skin get bronwish and then fry them. They come out sweeter.

My mother used to fry bananas for me and that was a dessert for us. She would only fry plantains when it was part of our meal.

I don't know what feta was used for the pasta, but the first time I made it I used normal greek *style* feta which is made out of cows milk and doesn't get as creamy. For the best outcome you need proper Greek feta made from sheep and/or goats milk. Makes a _huge_ difference!
