Their requests are so pure. I'm going to remember this when I'm a mom. Even them being hyper after the candy or losing sleep in the trailer is so worth the memories made and quality time spent.
I am so touched by jackson's request to take a walk with you. Me and my mom usually have our time together and we talk about lots of things. It feels really privacy and special. You know, having only me and my mom time is a bliss moment.
Because we don't know when the time will stop for us. I hope someday I can do that with my own child/children.

I think this is brilliant. You're forced out of your comfort zone and end up having really wonderful experiences. Everyone ended up having so much fun and probably created some really amazing memories.
I love the part about different eating patterns. For my Dad and brother, they can eat 3 meals a day and be happy... And eat chips/crisps later on, while I need small portions all throughout the day. It's so different for everyone.

i never wanted kids because im absolutely terrified of raising them but seeing you handling it very well and doing an amazing job being a mother and seeing how much comfortable your kids are with you and matt made me realise that i can do it too. i got so emotional when jackson asked for alone time with one of his parents because i would never do that with one of mine (father) because i wouldn't feel comfortable and instead of it being a cute little walk to talk just spend quality time together it would be a walk to bring out all the flaws in my personality that he caused but thankfully i am blessed with a mother who makes me feel good about myself and is basically my bestfriend. god bless you and your family and i wish that if i ever had a baby i would be half as good a mother as you are❤
