Does your pump spin freely? Or does it turn 1/4 turn and kinda stick in place? Samsung couldn't even help with this question...

It’s supposed to spin freely it shouldn’t get stuck at all if it does please replace it and could be the issue

Talvez tenga el switch de la puerta alrevez, talvez ya le habian metido mano antes y lo pusieron alrevez
