Not sure WHY people would complain - it seems in this day and age, everyone has to complain about anything and everything. After being Carnivore and occasionally Ketovore for over 2 yrs now, I personally enjoy a meal now and then that has a small amt of carbs (mind you - low carbs) - Every now and then, I enjoy feeling like i'm having something really special. This recipe will be for one of those times - ty so much for taking the time, and effort to create such interesting and amazing recipes to share with everyone.
😂😂 it's because people are all silly ( Not the word I normally use) but trying to be nice. To be truthful though, people are all ego centric. What they believe is right is the only way to be. Which means everyone else is wrong.
OMG… thank you so much for this! It looks amazing! I'm inspired! One tip I'll leave with you is to add a little garlic powder to your Alfredo if you tolerate it. It takes the flavor to the next level. A little goes a long way. 😊
Brooo this guy and his channel are a BLESSING to my life, I’ve been only eating ground beef chicken and scrambled eggs for a week (been carnivore only for a week) 😱🔥 thanks man!!! 🙏 I’m making all of you’re recipes!!! ❤️
@@susanfudge1737 honestly it’s really worth it going no carb carnivore, did it for a month and half, and you become way more energetic throughout the whole day, you never feel down after a meal, the word I can describe my experience with is “pure” as your system feels cleaner, no constipations etc, also los 15 lbs that month (no exercise) 4 meals a day eating until full, I will start again today after a 2 week break but this time I will be lifting weights. Ohh also, after like 5 days in, your cravings for things outside the diet disappear, I think it’s because the bad bacteria that cause cravings stop wilding out 😂. I know you can do it. I felt like I would never make a month, and honestly the diet itself helps you thru the journey but switch up recipes so you don’t get tired of eating the same things.
French omelette with blue cheese and ground beef inside. Some bacon. How can you beat that breakfast?? A medium rare burger with a runny sunny side up egg on top. Also, bacon on the side. Some baby back ribs in the air fryer. There are so many good options that still keep it simple with meat and eggs.
I need to make a video for my deep fried Heart Attack Pizza! Chicken and egg crust deep fried in lard, then topped with cheese, ground beef, sardines and pepperoni!
Have you made this video yet? Sounds like quite a project just making the pizza! It does sound comprehensive in covering the heart attack bases as well as carnivore. Lard gives delicious flavor. Sardines - an interesting choice!
Haha - 'pick out any shells you may or may not see!' You always trigger my taste buds and make me giggle:) It looks like an awesome cheese cake:) Thank you for just doing one recipe in this video! Those videos with a bunch of them leave me lost as to where on earth I saw the recipe.

This would be a great once a month treat, without adding any crap in and staying technically Carnivore! I am beef and butter only, for IR, depression and hoping it will help some neurological symptoms, and have felt much relief. But man I miss pizza!!! Gonna try it ( my Alfredo HAS to have garlic!!) Can't wait till May so I can make this! TY!!

Made this today (6-15-23) and have to give it a big thumbs up! Not a big fan of the pork rind crust but overall it is a good addition to a carnivore lifestyle. Thanks for your efforts. Darlington, South Carolina
Its recipes like these that make me reconsider cheating with real pizza when I know I can at least stay carnivore and just cheat with this meal eating dairy. (I dont eat dairy myself on carnivore) Thank you for all your hard work and delicious recipes!
@@roxannedann5251 Recipe in description says "Grease down a 6-9" springform pan with butter." Which is kind of a wide range. You might wind up with extra crust ingredients and I'm not sure it would be workable after a night or two in the fridge. You do need the springform pan to release it though. Just for the joy of presentation! Unless you want to use a regular cake pan and do some sort of bizarre flip-over-the-pan on a plate to release, then flip that plate over onto another plate to have it look sort of normal.
Ok, yes. I have a complaint. How come this is not dished up in front of me? Truly traumatic watching this and not being able to have it right this instant. Gonna make it tomorrow. Thanks for your absolutely awesome recipes. You are the reason my son (19) is carnivore.
Looks awesome and will try it over the weekend! There is a Chicago style pizza chain k we here in the mid west called Lou Malnati’s and they make a sausage crust pizza. It is amazing! I have replicated it in a cast iron pan at home a couple times. Still damn good just not quite to their level!
I use sweet Italian sausage. I spread it along the bottom of a cast iron pan and press it out until it is about a 1/4” thick. Then bake it at 350 for 20-30. After that I dress the pizza and buy it back in the oven for 20-30 .
After great success with your meatball bake recipe (nom nom nom), I decided to give this a go. I miss pizza but there isn't that much great pizza in Cali so it's been somewhat easy to avoid this past few years. I always seem to muck up something in every recipe I try, and this was no exception. I was using a spring form pan much bigger than yours in the video, so I thought I ought to double the 'dough' ingredients - 6 oz pork rinds and 8 eggs. It was soupy, so I added more pork rinds. Still a bit more liquid-y than I wanted, but it was thicker and it closer resembled yours after a good forking. I slathered my pan in bacon grease and poured the batter in, hoping it was stiff enough to sort of mold it to the pan. Nope, it just kept sliding back to the bottom, I think I could have achieved it with a couple less eggs. I tossed it in the oven for about 5 min, it helped me thin out the bottom a bit more but it would not stick to the sides so there was just a thick outer ring and I just went for it, I liked your layering so I didn't sway too far from that. Thick slices of mozzarella, cream sauce with shredded mozzarella (I found out we were out of parmesan!), layer of pepperoni, more cheese, a pound of cooked crumbled mild sausage, more sauce, more cheese and a final layer of pepperoni (I love it crispy!). Threw it back in the oven but then realized the bacon grease had seeped out of bottom sides of the pan where the bottom and sides connect, and the grease started burning... my bf just cleaned the oven yesterday so I messed all that up. I could not cook it in all that smoke so I gave up. I put the pan in the fridge and hope it works out tomorrow after cleaning the oven again! Then while cleaning up I dropped a piece of my food processer down the sink. This is my life! Your pizza It looks SO dang good I just hope it turns out okay, I'll try it again soon anyway edit to add: I don't think I let the 'dough' sit for 5-10 min, will do that next time. I also see the written recipe says 6-9" pan, I think mine is 9 so perhaps the 3 oz pr and 4 eggs would have been fine. mine looks at least twice as big as the one in the video so I thought doubling would be needed but will make less next time

guess what I did? Pork grind NOODLES I make my own noodles but since being carnivore, i could cheat once a month but i tried with the pork grind 1/3 cup to 1/4 of semolina and 1/4 unbleached flour, egg and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. You need the olive oil and semolina to make GOOD noodles. Work that out and past it thru my noobles italian machine and it made perfect linguine or fettucine if you prefer. HANG to dry on a noodle dryer stand or in a pan a cooking paper. Cooked noodles in boiling water for less than 3-4 minutes. Fresh noodles cook very fast. Than heat up a pan and add in 2 to 3 tablespoon of BUTTER, some boiling water with parmesan regiano cheese (to taste about 3 Tspoon) and the noodles, mix well quickly. Plate it up, add lots of crunchy bacon and place noodles in a swirl , add on top a yolk to mix it with fork voila ! fettucinni carbonara ! Yum and NO Fetuccini a la alfredo DOES NOT take cream. NEVER! BOILED water with regiano and butter that s the trick
This was good one. It was a great way to figure out what to do with pork rinds. And ground beef and steak gets pretty monotonous. I also found then”McMuffin video”. I used 1.75 pork rinds. I thought 2oz was very dense. Also used some of the Alfredo sauce from this as a condiment in stead of ketchup. To you have a good carnivore/ketovore ketchup recipe/video??
I made this. It’s so good! The only thing is I had a bigger springform pan so I doubled the recipe. I’m not sure if I didn’t bake it longer enough, or if I put too much sauce in it. Even after the 30 minutes of waiting when we cut into it the juice is dead right now. The taste is amazing but would like some input on whether I should make it longer or add less sauce or whatever. The Alfredo sauce is amazing
I'm gonna make that today. Do you think if I use wet, scrumpled up parchment paper in the cake pan that I can save myself a mess AND get a good crispy crust? That looks amazing man..
