I was not successful cooking this crust in a frying pan. I put it on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, baked at 400 until it was about to brown on top. Came out great, thanks for the dough recipe.
My husband is a chef and he is helping me to transition over to a 100% carnivore diet. I shared your video with him and we are going to give this a try. He said that if you would add a dash or two of nutmeg to your alfredo sauce it will bring it to a new level! Just thought I'd share. Thanks for doing what you do. Good Sir. I tried your recipe tonight. I make chicken flour in bulk, so I exchanged it ounce for ounce with your ground chicken. I added an addition egg and 2 Tbs of water to complete the dough. It turned out wonderful. So flavorful and authentic. I truly appreciate that you are a classic chef by training and give such insightful hints. We also purchased your wonderful Cookbook and would highly recommend it to one and all.
I have to try harder to make a few crust ahead of time. In a ideal situation I would have at least a week's worth of just the crust done and individually frozen at all times for quick assembly when I want a pizza or want to make a few for the house. Nothing worst than having to do a recipe start to finish while in bed. But I like how you usd ground chicken. That cuts a lot of cutting the whole chicken steps out. God willing I will start by just making a crust or two a day.

Super easy crust is to butterfly cut a chicken breast by slicing in half but not all the way through. Looks sort of like a wobbly heart shape. Pound flat with a meat mallet or use a dinner plate to slightly flatten. Put into oven safe pan or cookie sheet. Brush top with fat of your choice. Spread sauce on top. Sprinkle cheeses. I like goat feta and moz. Whatever topping you have and more parmesan. Bake in med-hot oven 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through. I like using my airfryer instead of an oven. Yum.

My attempts to go carnivore have been unsuccessful because I haven't done proper preparation. Put together a Carnivore pantry, get electrolytes, gather recipes make meal plans. I haven't eaten tomato in years because of nightshades causing pain in those with Lupus. Thanks for what looks like a tasty pizza.
Delicious! My pan wasn't as non stick as I would have liked for the flip. Pieced it back together and good to go. Crispy coming out of oven. Pepperoni with tomato paste smear and cheese. Next time I'll do alfredo sauce and shrimp.

Thank you for pioneering carnivore Alfredo Pizza. It just occurred to me that Alfredo sauce is perfectly carnivore for a LOT of applications....ie over chicken, fish meats. Didn't think of that before. Huzzah.
I followed this to the letter and it was good but very rich. The mistakes I made were, I used a cast iron skillet and not a non-stick pan (because I was afraid of putting my pan in the oven) I didn't use enough pork grinds and my "dough" was a lt wetter then I used all the alfredo sauce so it was super rich. Don't get me wrong, it worked, but I just need to execute it better and smarter. Loving the recipes and carnivor diet overall.
Best pizza topping: cook some wings with hot sauce, de-bone them, cut them up to add as a topping, then toasters struddle a dressing on top (prob a way to do the dressing full carnivore)
You don't have to use pork grinds if you don't want to you could just add grated parmesan cheese. Plus I've actually did just chicken cream cheese parmesan and an egg And it turned out pretty good too.
My favorite pizza toppings are pepperoni and mozzarella. (carnivore type toppings, anyway) I might use BBQ sauce, cheddar, and bacon for a chicken crust, though.
Love your recipes! I found that the crust stuck to my nonstick pan, so with the next batch I added 1-2 T of EVOO into the pan; problem solved. I paired cooked shrimp with the alfredo sauce adding 1/2 t onion powder and 1/2 t garlic powder to the sauce; yum. Keep 'em coming!
I love pepperoni, but only the really good stuff from the Italian deli. Next would be Italian sausage and fresh mozzarella. Is this the one in the book? This video really makes me hungry! Also, I love your delivery style.

I agree 100%! I have no loyalty to any certain food for any certain meal. I could eat carnivore lasagna for breakfast and carnivore pancakes for supper. Makes no difference. Either I like a food or I don’t. When I eat it, and for what meal, is irrelevant.
It seems like the Purdue ground chicken has some kind of 'vinegar-tasking' additive to it - I don't like the taste so, I switched to using ground turkey - nice and bland and ready for my seasonings.
