I can watch you all day! Your recipes are awesome. They aren’t pretentious or have 20 ingredients. You are so funny and entertaining when showing them. I love that you show your mistakes. I then don’t feel bad when I make mistakes. Basically, you are as awesome as your recipes, thanks! 👏🏻❤️👍
Ok…that opening was FANTASTIC! I love your cinematography skills! 😘😉 Seriously though, what I enjoy most about your videos is you. You are so relatable and down to earth. You’re humble and not flashy. It’s just like hanging with the cool neighbor dude for a bit. Thanks as usual!
Your recipes are awesome, but honestly, what keeps me coming back is YOU. You're hilarious, charming, real, and a tad snarky. I also love the pace of your videos. You're the bomb.
Cream cheese, cream, salt and pepper makes a pretty good gravy... with a little chicken bullion or the redmonds all purpose seasoning is a great option if you're ok with a tiny bit of "spice" use just enough cream to rhe melted cream cheese to get the consistency you like
I've been keto/carnivore and lately have had a meat aversion. Some of your recipes have peaked my interest to get back on track. Thank you. I need to try some of these. :)
For the fish you can dust them with whey protein isolate powder. It works like flour to help get the batter to stick, and is okay with most keto diets - I guess it's carnivore, too.
I had a no crust pizza. The bottom was bacon and parmasan pork rinds and mozz cheese . A garlic par cream sauce. Then it had the toppings . Pepperoni, Italian sausage , herbs, garlic, and topped with parm cheese , extra garlic with butter . I put it in a casserole dish in case it didn’t hold up on the bottom. This was so good. A bit diff than a common pizza but wonderful
I like your recipes, they’re quick and easy but different enough to make it like a twist on meals or like that. Loved your intro after the taco dish. 👍
I made tziki in a Greek restaurant owned by a Greek. 4 simple ingredients: sour cream, granulated garlic, vinegar, and shredded cucumber. Fantastic and authentically Greek! To perfect your much fancier tziki, add 1 tsp vinegar.
I call it Reid's Taco Casserole ! I do wish there were just one or two recipes per video. I can never remember which recipes are on which video with so many.
We bought your cookbook a few weeks ago and have enjoyed so many of the recipes. We just enjoyed the Swedish meatballs tonight. We especially enjoy the easy recipes with most ingredients on hand already.
Thanks for posting. I never would have thought of the ground up pork rinds as a substitute for flour, and crusts. Although, it would be perfect for something like Berliner liver, and apples, which normally requires a little flour. As for gravy issues, I'd try a can of Thai coconut milk.
I make salmon burgers with swiss or provolone, bacon, some toppings that shall not be named, avocado oil mayo, mustard. They are my favorite, besides tacos.....I can't live without tacos. Lol. Absolutely love your taco shell recipe and cheese shells too. Oh and pizza, my favorite dough is the fathead dough. I use alfredo sauce too.
You are so much fun to watch! I also love your recipes and am trying to make as many as possible. I have a question about the pizza crust. I've never seen anyone do this, but is there a reason that you couldn't use beef instead of chicken? I like beef on a pizza so I thought it would be good as the base. Thank you for sharing your creativity and talent! I really appreciate everything you do!♥️♥️♥️
Yes you can use ground beef for a “meatza”. Just mix up the beef with egg, cheese and spices if you want then press on a cookie sheet or I do a cast iron skillet. You will drain off the grease when it’s done. Then add sauce and toppings and then I put under broiler or bake again whichever you like. It’s great
I don’t know where to buy pork rinds in bulk but I’ve got to find it. I recently found your YT and am so thankful for it. Carnivore seems more doable and fun now. Thank you Sir!!!
I love your recipes, but have been unable to try a bunch because I live in my vehicle and have no access to an oven. Have you ever thought about doing a book that just had stove top recipes? fyi I have the same one burner you use in a bunch of your videos. Thank you for all the recipes and inspiration.
I lived in my truck for a few years too. At a thrift store I found a camping oven that sits on top of a camp stove burner. Took a few tries to figure out its quirks but eventually figured it out. It folds up flat so takes very little space. Might watch for one or maybe check online shopping.
Love your videos! My daughter are new to carnivore eating and like the variety of your recipes. I think I missed how long you bake your buns at and what temp. for the oven. Please keep these great recipes coming.
Your videos make me so hungry! I do wish there were only about two recipes per video though. By the time I get to the end I have forgotten which ones I wanted to try! You can be my cook any day!
These recipes look delicious! I think some not mayo on the taco casserole layers would be a great addition to add a little more moisture to it. This video inspires me to be more creative with my carnivore meals.
You are a ROCK STAR ( the non druggy rock start type of course) in my little world of Carnie. I am inspired to remain Carnie now. Thanks for sharing - really THANK YoU FOR SHARING !!! Love and Peace xx
Maybe a silly suggestion, but could you take two cream cheese donuts and stick them together with your "icing" an ice the top half to make them look more like a full donut?
Hi! These looks great! One question though, since baking powder contains corn flour can i use bicarbonate of soda instead and would it be the same qualities?
AMAZING! Your videos are awesome. You've got style, creativity and skill. Great trio combination of qualities. My mouth was watering the whole video. Wow, Reid. Be you.
@@CarnivorousChef Thanks for responding 😊 Really all of them that had the rinds in them, lol I just can't get past their skin. I know its silly. My husband loves pork rinds and I will try the recipes as is too see if I can get over my aversion. I just found your channel and need to go back and watch all the other videos, we are fairly new on our carnivore ketovore journey. Many Thanks
It just depends. One some of the recipes there are pork rinds only to provide some structure, but for others it's the bulk of it. It's hard to say, but I've heard some people using chicken skin as well!
I avoid those things because 1) The extremely high fiber in them messes with my stomach, 2) They're likely to trigger a craving for the real thing, and 3) I'm starting to wonder if it's causing issues with my joints (gluten in general). If you want to try it, you can but these 3 reasons are why I tend to avoid them
For the stuffed crust pizza, is there something that I could substitute for the pork rinds? I don't eat pork. I'm new to all of this. So, thank you in advance for your help.
The only thing they're there for is to add stability! I'm thinking that maybe something like ricotta could be useful here, but I've never tested it so I can't guarantee it'll work

Me too
I agree!
I've found adding cream cheese to my gravy when reducing the heavy cream makes a amazing gravy
I do as well when making an Alfredo sauce.
My wife and I love your channel! We appreciate your humor and the "chefness" of your recipes?

Thank you for not being boring like others I’ve watched. You rock!
Frist prize for these recipes!! Thanks!
For the donuts, glycine is an amino acid that tastes sweet. Possible substitute for the optional erythritol.
Reid you are the ultimate "trash talker" I love it!
Love your recipes! Thanks for using readily available food and not those expensive packages.

Love your recipes and fun videos. Do you have any replacements for pork rinds? Thanks
Hi love your recipes. Do u have any substitutes for the pork, for taco recipe. Thanks.
Cheese makes a good tortilla shell
Your bacon nuggets reminded me of my favorite food vendor at my state fair "The Bacon Box"... bet they'd LOVE THIS IDEA!! 😋
My husband and I really enjoyed this dish!!!

Costco have large pkts
My grocery store has them by the shake and bake coating mix
I love the "vegan friendly" note! :D
Xanthum Gum is a great thickening agent and very carnivore friendly
If you can deal with the slimy texture.
@@PinkinPA I've never noticed a slimy texture. Is that when using larger amounts of it?

Do you think you could do the crust in cast iron?
I'm so ordering your books next month.
I like you videos! Keep it up! I might try the cream cheese donut.
What a fun and inspiring video. Going to have a try at some of these.
Dang! That fish sandwich! I miss fish sandwiches! I’m going to have to try this! Thank you!!!

Absolutely love your channel brother! ❤
The cream cheese and egg done it reminds me of Kelly hogans Oopsie cake. I just I’m addicted to that stuff.

I am one person but thank you
The perfect pace to keep my attention, sprinkled with funniness!
Another great video with yumminess galore! Question: what is a slice of "trash"?
American cheese
@@CarnivorousChef Thanks. I assume you mean the fake, not really cheese at all slices? As opposed to real American cheese.

I always found pizzas made at home by me more tastier, will try this too

Oops spelling correction-instead of “or like that”. It’s “I like that”

Why not abit of cornstarch (organic on Amazon) to thicken your sauce?

Maybe a touch less, but yes
Fantastic!
Great food man!!!!!

Could you replace butter with tallow, or does it have to be butter?
So all of these are in your cookbook? Was thinking I didn't need a carnivore cookbook, but now I'm reconsidering!😮
Gyro: YEE-roh.
Said it right. ✅
I dont eat pork any substitution for pork rinds or leaving out doesnt matter?
It depends on the recipe
